The day starts of with another lesson, a stray dog stole their meal. So Sarah and Jill set off to search their trap for something to eat. You wont believe what they caught, this will be an incredible catch and cook when they figure out how to prepare this meal on the Jamaican Beach.

Okay you guys. You really need to look into portable bathroom options okay.. There is no excuse.. If you can pitch a tent you can set up a small bathroom especially for the ladies...please do some searching on Amazon.. Portable potty option are cheap..

Ladies dont wash the cast iron pots just use a soft cloth to wash it then dry and oil it after, rub it all over it will keep it from rust. I enjoyed this mini series and big up Stephen for the entertainment

What is that with the dumplings?
Stephen, just a word of caution, you don’t use soap in cast iron pots it causes rust and you take away the natural patina. IJS. Love your videos long time subscriber and never disappointed.
