Lilias Trotter said, " Take the very hardest thing in your life , the place of difficulty, outward or inward, and expect God to triumph gloriously in that very spot. Just there he can bring your soul into blossom. " Matthew 5:16 explains your topic fairly well. As always keep going We got this !! ;
Congratulations on 600 subscribers! 🎉 Jesus attracted everyday people. As far as I remember, every person who caused him problems was a member or the clergy except for Pilate and Herod who were politicians. It's worth noticing that it was religious people that couldn't stand him. I met someone like what you are talking about, someone whose light always shines, at a monastery in Missouri, a monk in his 90's with whom I talked twice. The man just exuded compassion and understanding. I knew he would have done anything for me just because I went to him for help. When I talked to him I was the only thing in the world he saw or cared about and he had all the time in the world for me. Thanks, Lubna for this beautiful video. Your videos are a daily reminder, like a devotional, that focuses and sharpens me. 💛
Thank you for watching my video and for your insightful comment, Jer. It is worth striving to become like the monk you have described, who made you feel heard, understood, and enveloped by his compassionate light. “When I talked to him I was the only thing in the world he saw or cared about and he had all the time in the world for me.” That is beautiful. The world needs more people like that, who give others their undivided attention. Thank you. 🌟🧡✨
I think I've been that monk a time or two to particular people. But not most of the time. I will try, Lubna. I want to have that kind of compassion and calmness and care.🙏@@LubnaKabir
May our Heavenly Father guide your path and our Holy King Christ Jesus dwell in you everlastingly!
