With this version, you can appreciate much more than on the normal how the lowest notes of the scale are not only the ones that hold the rest but also sometimes are more impressive than all the upper ones.
Once I had a very special dream with this playing in the background. So, I was Asgore, and I was about to use some kind of machine that would revive Asriel and Chara. (No idea how, probably made by Alphys or something) So, I pressed the button, and then I went outside; Asriel was right there. So we both began crying and hugged each other for like an eternity, until we saw Chara looking at us from the house, smiling, and the dream ended here. (not a creepy smile, just a happy smile.) I don't know why the fuck I dreamed about this, but the feels were so intense; I started crying when I woke up. And now I'll always think of this fucking dream everytime I listen to this. ...Yay, I guess?
I think that if Chara and Asriel were saved, things would've went the way your dream did. Chara would look on as their brother reunites with his family, thinking they were undeserving of joining in. But they'd smile anyway, because that's what Undertale characters do when in pain. After all, Asgore does state "I want to see my son again" after you defeat him. There's no mention of Chara.
