It's nice to see the old Buck's Falls trestle. In 1972 I climbed across the bottom braces to get to the trail of our Scout camp on the side hill. Cold, cold night... In the summertime it was wonderful, you could hear the trains coming up the mountain for miles before they crossed the trestle. The crews would toss crossing flares off the trestle for us to see. I went back to see it several years ago to find it was no longer there, very sad....
The previous clips from Dave Deyo's collection are no longer on RUclips. I should say should not be on RUclips as I purchased the collection and copyrights from Sam Botts and he removed what he had on RUclips.
Love Mike Bednar's gravelly voice
Wow! almost as good as a time machine! Thanks to gentlemen like this who bothered to record stuff back then

Not sure what trestle you are referring to. In this preview, there is only the Starucca high iron trestle and the Starucca Viaduct.
Amazing. Well made and a fantastic train video. Greetings Joe 😊
These David Deyo films are already on RUclips and without commentary.

That’s a shame, people should be able to hear the natural train sounds. To each his own.
