Sun Virgo and I never understood why people thought I was laid back and super chill when I operate in a perpetual state of anxiety and expect the worst. When I learned about rising signs and that I was a Sag it all made sense. Interestingly my moon is in Gemini - my descendant. Curious about what that means or how it manifests.

I have a fre-nemy who exhibits a lot of Gemini qualities. As a sag rising, it always frustrates me whenever they dive into minute detail about something that doesn’t concern nor interest me. I just nod my head along to the info blurb as I think to myself “homie, does the inner workings of Bridgerton REALLY matter this much?” And “when did I ask?”
This is Elvis Presley's rising sign and he fit it so much. His moon was in Pisces which you mentioned was also ruled by Jupiter.
This is great for me. Just really understanding the rising role in my life. Sagittarius rising, Gemini sun and Mercury, moon in Cancer, Venus in Taurus. Definitely have the horse thing going on. Found several similar profiles in the comments. Open, optimistic, truth and justice seeking. Cancer moon and Sag rising means I'm always trying to help people out. Fairness has been a big deal since childhood. Sometimes have to let that go. Was extremely hard partying in my youth. Had to quit drinking 30 years ago for my own survival. Buddhist, vegan, Liberal, musician.
I think we were born VERY close in time hahaha I too have ALL those placements too; but my experience is different. I didn’t party much in my youth, however I do host lots of parties and gatherings amongst my friends.

lol I have NEVER been jealous of Gemini energy... or critical. Maybe fascinating? If we’re talking expansive social energy, I have a mars in Gemini, Jupiter and Pluto and my north node in my 11th house, cancer sun in the eighth house (which I know is not really so social, but since I go into extreme depth in conversation with a lot of people and learn some very TMI things about them really early, it can be exhausting. I value it, and don’t want to channel Gemini “superficiality” in conversation, but I do take things very serious very lightly.)

I have a sag rising and gemini dec (obviously that why i'm here lol) but I also have a gemini sun, mars, mercury, and venus, as well as a pisces moon. So my big 3 are all mutable and I have so much gemini in my chart lol.

Mostly accurate, although I'd say that Sag are a strong blend of objectivity and spirituality. They wouldn't be the Sage if they were all science. I definitely had a horse mouth until I got my teeth sorted. My ex was the same. Horsey mouth but then again my niece is early Saggi and not horsey looking at all.

Chuckled when I saw the date on this episode. Leo/Sag.
So my Sun is in Gemini I wanted to know how that affects this type of rising sign. As well as how this rising affects my Moon in Pisces too. I also wanted to mention that my natal Jupiter placement is in Scorpio. Any response and insight on this would be much appreciated.
I feel like body wise us Sag rising people either are very tall and lean or short with a big ol' butt! :P

tf when you’re a sagittarius rising but your 3rd and 9th house are intercepted, your chart ruler is in the 8th, pluto is conjunct the ascendant, got Chiron and the south node in the first too, Saturn is opposing the ascendant. Oh and a Scorpio moon + 8th house stellium to top it off. it’s REALLY HARD to be positive for me. And my intercepted Virgo mercury square Pluto (in the 9th) isn’t helping either (think constant paranoia coupled with an “I’m always right” complex)
That's tough! But as an eighth house sun myself I've found that having sagittarius energy helps so much with being able to see the light at the end of the tunnel and persevere with a positive attitude. And look at you, you're full of self awareness! And that's the first step to anything
Menina Nina That’s definitely what astrology is helping me realize. I often feel pulled between two extremes and am now seeing how that is reflected within my natal chart. You gain and learn so much from looking outside yourself, from embracing your shadow side. Being an 8th house sun as well, I definitely got tired of introspection at a certain point. My Saturn and north node in the 7th house reinforce that. Cause guess what, I don’t know SHIT!
Shifting from being the teacher (sag) to being the student (gem) is unburdening.

I feel like I m at war with myself all the time. My rising is Sag and Desc Gemini..but my venus AND moon are also gemini! How can i integrate those and be at peace??

Learning the different houses and where my planets fall helped me alot in understanding myself. I’m also a Sagittarius Rising and for a long time I felt like I’m always hunting for something elusive. Now I understand exactly what I am looking for as well as the tools and talents I possess to take it, many of which perhaps I’ve been doing all along but never focused my full effort behind it. It also helped me understand what is within my control and what I need to just let unfold.

Dated two gemini’s before and have a scorpio husband just got to know, a month ago, that he’s a gemini ascendent lol. We’re separating soon. I tried to make our marriage better and he’s always tried to make it worse and he won. Now, he’s trying to make it better. But i’m done. Nothing left in my heart for him.
