I am an amateur musician only learning guitar but good at playing keyboards and drums. I believe musicians, people as talented as Jacob Koopman deserve better support in order for them to more easily connect with the audience. I can hear the supreme quality in his voice and his versatility, indeed genius managing his gear. This is not an acoustic performance that is simply amplified with some tonal balance on the final output (treble, bass). He deserves better equipment and better production and so does the audience. I know my comment will not be popular but I deeply respect this musician Jacob Koopman and what Dublin Today offers contemporary buskers.
