It's up to the UFC fighters at this point to demand to get paid. If all the champions went on strike until Dana was removed to get their bag then so be it. They make the UFC not the other way around and they need to be compensated for it. A combat athletes day in the sun can be over like that, it can affect their health forever after what happens in 1 fight. So they're the ones who need to do this.

Alistair Overeem is the reason I got into MMA truly a legend in the sport. He has had such a storied career. Dream heavyweight champ Strike Force champ K1 World Grand Prix champ and UFC world heavyweight champ. He has nothing left to prove and he still has his faculties remaining. Time to move on to the next phase of his life combat sports is a thing of the past for him now.
He was really close (and deserved more shots at it imho) but never won the UFC HW title, yet i agree, one of the best HW to ever do it and probably the best career.
He's definitely lucky to still have his brain in-tact, that Ngannou KO would kill a normal man
And managed to beat Brock Lesnar by targeting his already unhealthy abdomen. Now he wants to be the people's minister of health :) how ironic

That's cowardice, just like we, as men, avoid attacking our groins which is our weakest spot, I treat an injured section of an opponent's body in the same way. And, I've never lost a fight keeping that principle.

It’s crazy seeing him out there in pride till now. The fact he was still competing at the level he was to fight Francis with all the damage he had accumulated was crazy, horse meat or not.

People seem to forget that Tyson Fury offered Francis a fight . Tyson Fury called Francis out . Francis didn't have to seek the fight .All he had to do was wait out his contract . Tyson was waiting for Ngannou with money the UFC can't match . There was NO risk .The boxing match was already in agreement . Francis Ngannou didn't " bet on himself " and risk it all. It was a guaranteed payday with Tyson Fury just waiting there for him.

Nobody can match Boxing Dollars . So Francis refused to fight out his UFC contract and he signed with the ( PFL ) to fight people that aren't good enough to make the UFC Roster. The PFL has old ufc wash outs . It was about the $ DOLLAR $ , nothing else . Dana's NOT the bad guy here . He just can't match boxing dollars. Ask Conor McGregor , Nate Diaz , Jake Paul, Anderson Silva , Tyron Woodley , Ben Askren , Jorge Massvidal, ect what organization CAN pay the most $$$
