    This is excellent information for the patient, as well as medical pros! Even though there was terminology I grasped only tenuously, the statistcal risk info was invaluable as I wait for further evaluatin and follow up with my pulmonologist. (Have 8.6mm nodule...wish me luck!)

    I just had surgery and was in the hospital almost 20 days. I was in the Intensive Care Unit and I always thought that would be the place that you would be very well taken care of but I wasn't I was treated like crap .the surgery hurts like hell!!!

    I have stage 4 appendix lcancer.. And theres several nodules in my lungs but its too smal for biopsy to check if its cancerous but they say it is obviously likely that it is cancerous.. But i choose to believe its not.. i breathe fine..

    Very nice of you..When I had my CT scan done they found Solitary pulmonary 4mm nodules on my right upper lobe should I be concerned?

    I was tols mine is 3 centermeters mass going Nov 19 for test!

      I just found out I have a 4.8 cm mass & I'm terrified! They want to do follow up CT scan in 6 mths, but I don't want to wait & do nothing for that long!

    my mother in law is 85, has many health issues including multiple myloma and bedridden, Her paternal side lost two to TB though she has never had it herself...she has one small nodule, is this likely to make her weaker or shorten her life further?
