Hey my English is Bad but i have a question how i get the + on The hearth??
You need to get in an ambulance and complete all 12 or 15 levels. For armour also get in a police car bike fbi enforcer and complete 12 or 15 levels until the game text says your armour increased to 150 but sadly it only puts a + on the both health and armour. Hope this helps

@@Falzeius It's on PSP emulator go to settings controls and edit them also for enter is Triangle so it's F and Enter to me

Eventually i like to play on high settings and it's just perfect ;) Fits really perfect
Unfortunately i don't know how to play on mobile because i never used that and for me is kinda hard to play on it, i tried once to play on mobile and i press only on screen. PC Fits perfectly :)

Best Game best GTA pleash Guys can i Play in PC with ps2 Emulator,,,,
Yeah but you need a powerfull PC you need latest directx and vcredist so the emulator will work well PCSX2 1.4.0 or PPSSPP i think PSP emulator is weak than PS2 but i prefer and i suggest PS2 if your PC can run so yes you can play it

@@chrismirwnitis2029 I would suggest you to download PCSX2 1.5.0 March 2019 (5 March 2019 5.03.2019) from here buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/index.php?m=fulllist and download GTA VCS PS2 Iso and bios to be USA too and play this game without lag and without black bug radar (1.4.0 and predecesors had black radar bug texture) while 1.5.0 fixed it. Now depends on your engine if GTA VCS on PCSX2 1.5.0 will work. Good luck Xristos Mirwnitis
