In my opinion, this Dabi is the most canon version of Dabi because some people make him as a « nice brother » to Shoto while others represent him as someone who hates Shoto but actually he doesn’t care about him and the reason why he wants to kill him is to psychologically break endeavor and Shoto isn’t the only one Dabi is willing to kill to make endeavor suffer since he also sent a villain to kill Natsuo in order to make endeavor suffer ! So the canon Dabi only care about his revenge against Endeavor and he doesn’t care about other people or his family and wouldn’t hesitate to kill innocent people to satisfy his selfish desires !

Toya did care about his family so I'm not sure why Toya was saying he never cared about his family. Didn't he want to go back and apologize to his family before he became Dabi because of how he treated them? which kinda says otherwise on him never caring about them. Unless Toya was lying which would make sense. I'm pretty sure Toya did care about his family before he became Dabi but after he became Dabi he no longer cares about anyone in the family other then Endeavor and somewhat Shoto. He legit sent a villain to kill Natsu, he said “All these women in our household are useless”, he told his mom “you’re guilty too mom”, he legit hates his whole family. All he wants is to see Endeavour suffer and he is doing whatever it takes to do that, even by killing his family members or himself in that process. Dabi hates all of them, not just Endeavor and Shoto.
