@magicfiddle Tha ks for sharing but PLEASE HELP how do make the notes sound so smooth and light snd fluid especially the slurs and adornment notes? Why doesn't it sound as light snd smooth when I play it?? Cpuld I just need more rosin or something else??
@@leif1075 its all in the bow arm, just try to have your wrist a little more fluid, that helps me with achieving a lighter sound

Amazing.. got into violin again after getting my hands off of it for 3 years, and was looking in to some jazz violin tracks which is very new to me😂😂 having a hard time even following the rhythm and fingerings, any chance you can share some of the differences of practicing jazz violin compared to classical ones?

Thanks! I made it in Final Cut Pro. Screen captured two lines of the score at a time and did a split screen video.

I think there are parts that are played differently from the score, but why is that? I'm confused about whether to practice as you hear or as you practice according to the score
Always play what you hear! This was an improvised solo that was later transcribed by a friend of mine. I checked it over and it's definitely really close but might not be perfect!
