This is cool and all, but have you ever tried to defeat LUXEMBOURG without using cheats and nukes? We all know it's not possible to defeat the Lux. Don't try to tell me you have, I know those are edited videos and you have mods in effect. BASE GAME LUXEMBOURG IS OVERPOWERED!
Speed 5 is "as fast as the pc can render it" so in a simple scenario with two sides, no navy etc etc thats very fast.
