- Hi everyone in today's video we check out the steeplegate mall. This mall closed back in january and we are gonna be seeing how its doing only after a few months. Just fyi the alarm is going off the whole video I didn't set it off it was like that the day before. We check out the bon ton, the sears, the food court and many of the stores. This mall has such a unique look to it and I got some great shots of it. Take pictures and only leave footsteps. Hope you guys like the video and enjoy.

You can just tell losers have been in there needlessly destroying almost everything they can. I hate that aspect of humanity.
Loved getting to see this, hate how idiots have to destroy everything. Im old 😂 so i remember when it opened. It originally had four anchors, JCPenney, Sears, Sage-Allen and Steinbach's. Sage-Allen and Steinbach's closed, and the Bon-Ton moved into Sage-Allen (Women's, Kids, Jewelry and Beauty) and half of Steinbach's (Men's and Home). The other half became Circuit City. I worked in the home department for several years, loved the mall at Christmas. Sad to see it decline.
I remember going there just 13 years ago and it was full to the brim and people had to park in the extra parking lot behind TD bank
i went in there about 2 weeks ago i wonder if we went the same week. we got the cops called on us we all had to run
I went in there months before it closed and it was completely dead and so I was taking photos and videos, and the security guard yelled at me lol
Man it's sad to see it like this. This was my mall and theatre. I like that things like Amazon are so easily accessible but I miss walking into a store and physically seeing with my own two eyes what I'm buying.
Amazon isn't shopping. It's just pointing and clicking. True shopping is an experience. Plus, I have to physically feel the fabric of clothing items to make sure it's not scratchy.
This saddens me. I have a ton of good memories at that mall, it was the place to go when I was a kid and teen. Unfortunately it has been on the decline for years now.
Great video! I’ve been there twice, first time the alarm wasn’t on second time it was. They plan on demolishing it within the next month or so and cops have been a lot more active there and are arresting people
I was born in Concord NH and lived there for 25 years and this mall was the best, I remember it was full to the brim just 13 years ago.
There's no reason why these malls should be suffering like this it's so sad
Awesome exploration guys. That fire alarm in the background makes this place very creepy and surreal.
The heights remember...
Last time I was there, I was walking in it's halls in January 23, 2020 when I was becoming a Digital Artist getting my first drawing tablet from the Concord Bestbuy and my parents wanted me and my brother to experience a literal mall for the first time. Well whatever what was left of it. There was a Spencer's and a few other stores that was open at the time and it made me question with all of the vacant spaces of what stores that existed in the past, especially the food court that was completely closed then too. Me and my family revisited the mall in the middle of June this year (2024) and found out the interior was completely closed on April 22, 2022. I was 2 years late experiencing what left of it and I just wanted to take pictures of the interior just for memories and nostalgia. I can only see it from the outside of the JCPenny's locked glass doors inside of the store. I am really going to miss the interior of mall when it gets demolished.
For a mall built in 1990 it really kept its age. Sad the criminals got into the building and vandalized it. Also sad it being torn down.
It's so eerie in there..Like something from a zombie movie
Thank you for recording this video. I live about two miles from the mall and it was my childhood mall. It was sad to see it slowly close down.
It is so stupid to get rid of a mall. I grew up with this mall.😢
Also circuit city was the fourth anchor
Circuit City long gone.
spirit halloween in between that and the trampoline park
We can blame Eddie lambert for what happened happened to sears and Kmart which should of never happened
Man I grew up in concord and this was the prime spot. Catch a movie at regal then walk the mall with the homies every weekend. Super sad to see windows smashed and everything destroyed. Rip steeplegate thanks for the memories.
Pretty crazy to think I have quite a few memories of this place thriving to.
Store at 9:00 was EB Games (Electronics Boutique). My second favorite place to go after Aladdin's Castle, the arcade, which I think is in the corner by the door at 17:40.
Was a GameStop later in life, the place across with the piano decoration was FYE, these were both my favorite stores as a kid no doubt. Wish this place never closed, Concord’s been worse off since.
I hope they donate stuff that’s still there to a charity or something
Amazing exploration!!! Great video as usual dude!!!
I remember this mall back in the 2000s-2010s. It was honestly a dam good mall and the food court was the tastiest. I have many good memories of going with my Mom, sister and grand mother to that mall, it was the few times I was really able to get out of Newport and Claremont for a time. Got a lot of good games in that Game Stop that I still play time to time to this day and mom got a lot of cake decorating kits form the store at 2:23 to the right "if memory serves me right". I heard that "these are roomers I heard" the mall got sold to another real estate firm or investment firm around 08 and the later firm would changed the leasing agreement and hike up the rent a moments notice, in which chased out a lot of smaller stores. Its a dreadful thought the places I would be in my youth are becoming vacant history.
Lived in NH my whole life. I remember going to this mall every weekend years ago in high school when it was busy af. My mom used to bring me shopping there when i was a kid, i remember i got lost during a huge sale right outside those bathroom halls @ 13:17 and the employees in the office being so nice and calming me down while my mom was only 10 Ft away in that crowd. Crazy memories here
Seeing how the place looks now brings tears to my eyes. So many memories of bringing my kids to this mall, since it opened up until they grew up and went away to college. So sad it will be torn down, but it has been ravaged and smashed, it will be like putting it out of its misery and letting it rest in peace.😢
We all know that "mixed use" projects never happen...
So sad seeing what’s happened to this mall used to love going there as it’s close to home
Crazy how It looks like it’s been abandoned for at least a few years!
It has! It closed in 2022. The “final” mall store closed back in January. I think that’s what they’re referring to. By mall store I mean store that’s connected to the interior.
I'm curious to see how this mall ends up.
I like your gopro is so quality❤❤❤❤good explo😊
Can you give a quick overview about 😮
Golden GamerMall FIRE ARLMA
Got photos at this mall right before it closed. So sad.
When did you film this video?
17:40 um wtf? was this inventory storage? why is it set up like that??
Now that mall in good condition
Wowza quite great condition mall... Hope it gets sold and used for something than left to rot !!!!
About to be torn down on a few months
@@jeffreyflanders2391yeah Costco and 600 apartments are coming
These places are crammed with possibilities, yet they sit empty for years.
