cops treat all trespassers like they’re vandals, instead of reading situations and realizing a lot of us just wanna look. if i can tell the difference between normal explorers, vandals, and people living there almost immediately when i encounter them in abandoned spots than cops can do the same. they’re the ones getting paid to do that. send us home with a ticket and call it a day.
it only makes sense, there's 3 guys that they are responding to. One cop against three potentially dangerous individuals is bad idea. And if they decide to run and split, there's no way one cop can chase all three dudes
i even heard a helicopter when the first cop pulled up - probably was a cop heli. this is the result of a town with a probably overstaffed police department and little crime, so responses to small infractions like simple trespassing are like what happened here, all for the end goal being so that the town can feel "safe"
@@kelly00000111111 they had 63 sworn officers in 2023, according to the US census the city had 32,654 residents. That means for every officer there is 375 citizens in that town. As a long time liminal space photographer I literally see places like this as HEAVEN. This is my wet dream. I have some nice pictures, I developed some nice photography and processing skills, but the quality and quantity (how often I post) of my photos boil down to the liminal space itself. I live in Europe, and abandoned buildings like these, especially in a pretty big city were I live in, are extremely uncommon and rare, maybe even non-existent. I have yet to see one *fully* abandoned, like this. Obviously once in a while there’s a mall that’s being renovated and there are a few opportunities, but I always have to deal with people ruining the shot, because, well… people go to malls duh. This is also a reason why I bring a dedicated (non smartphone) camera to everywhere I go to, because I literally never know when I will encounter a good liminal space, so I have to be ready at all times. I literally saw like over 20 times during this video were I would have made a banger shot, like I just immediately know what focal length, exposure time and overall style of picture I want to have in those places. I honestly would’ve loved to colabed with you guys, but I live in a completely different part of the world, so yeah…

3:55 Yes, that’s a vault. The anchor stores will have their own cash office or “count down room” (as Walmart calls it). Notice the separate alarm keypad outside the door as well as the keypad under it to unlock the door. There would have been a camera as well as a motion sensor in there, too. These should be the most secure room in the store but it’s usually nothing more fortified than the standard drywall all the other rooms are divided with. You will NOT get into that room unless you punch a hole in the wall and reach for the door knob, LOL.
Money is heavily guarded when in transit, the armored trucks like Brinks all have a driver and an armed guard who will shoot on site. You're supposed to obtain money legally, like through a job or government benefits.
You should have all parted ways and not travel together. They wouldn’t have enough of a reason to stop you individually. Also u stayed on the main road instead of going into town.

hence why bro was wearing a mask. can't say the same for his friends though, they probably aren't "professionals" like him lol
That RE7 saveroom theme is a good use for this kind of videos
Would love to see more long form content from here, you're already on my list of favourite urban exploration channels
Check out proper people
exploring abandoned places has always been a dream of mine but I have no one to do it with, this is so cool
Yoooo! Long form content! Let’s goooo!
First door you couldnt open literally says pull hand UP to exit, while u pulled down and considered yourself trapped 😂😂
Rule one of running from the cops. Dont run. Makes you look suspicious
I enjoyed every each second of the video omg, I need more exploring videos hope you'll publish more stuff you're awesome!!😆
4 Cop car. We are so lucky that they are there to Protect the people. These 4 units were really needed for a simple trespassing.
cops treat all trespassers like they’re vandals, instead of reading situations and realizing a lot of us just wanna look. if i can tell the difference between normal explorers, vandals, and people living there almost immediately when i encounter them in abandoned spots than cops can do the same. they’re the ones getting paid to do that. send us home with a ticket and call it a day.
it only makes sense, there's 3 guys that they are responding to.
Now honestly, I think thats a fine number, but who knows. And looking at this annual report from this PD, it just seems like a standard suburban city in America.
Still a crime
Great video! walking on that major road was a big mistake tho - my group always pops a storm drain cover to duck into if we get spotted
That first door you came in and said "you locked" had a sign on the door to "Pull Up to exit" and you pulled down on the handle lol
Dang, rec while getting arrested
I hope you didn't TALK yourself into that arrest. Anytime a cop asks you anything you just say "I don't answer questions." Invoke the 5th. Make them prove it. NEVER TALK TO COPS
90% of people self snitch.
Listen to "Tough Guy" Davey 😂 Just don't break the law; problem solved.
@@Mr21scott Literally ask any defense lawyer on the entire planet and they'll give you the same advice.
Never talk to the cops. They're not your friends. You act like they never arrest innocent people either. 🙄
@@Mr21scott Or the 5th.
Yall should do another one this is one of the best abandoned mall videos I’ve seen yet
Love both the long and short content. Really hope you don't suddenly dissapear.
Out of interest how many friends do you usually go in with?
Dude, that was the sickest exploration vid I've ever seen.
Keep up the great content 🤟🏻🤙🏻
You're supposed to obtain money legally, like through a job or government benefits.
this guy got the balls to go by himself and open the door for his friends what a legend
You should have all parted ways and not travel together. They wouldn’t have enough of a reason to stop you individually. Also u stayed on the main road instead of going into town.
9:07 i think this is the mall that Toyota made a commercial in one time
1:55
dude really didnt see the paper LMAO
I genuinely appreciate the effort you put into making this video. i liked and subbed and I'm gonna like other posts like this
8:40 someone was def murdered right there
the resi 7 safezone music is so perfect and the way you put it into the vid is amazing 4:39
Holyshit dude at 25:26 I thought you walked into a room with extremely high radioactive particles that made the camera glitch. After several reviews I believe it's a concrete floor with pieces of shiny rocks lol
Same
Where's that go fund me guys, enjoying the vids from a comfy bed keep em coming
Why on earth would you start running straight away from the cop car in a straight line across an open area? And then just casually hang out walking around the mall on the sidewalk? Should have at least tried to stealthily go around the mall to a different side and maybe find a good place to chill for a while until it cleared up. Or had someone waiting for you even, or anything else really.
and they were walking later near a road...
