Vegas rookies look at maps and go "huh, it's only four hotels down that's not that bad of a walk". Not only are the properties really damn big but the Strip is kind of weird in that you have all kinds of sidewalks, overhead walkways, crosswalks and even having to cut through the casinos which really add to the walk. If it's more than a hotel away seriously consider Uber-ing it.

@@thinkbeforeyoutype7106 I saw that there was a significant amount of people not there compared to pre-COVID and Nevada currently has a mask mandate where everyone despite vaccination status must wear a mask indoors unless eating. Both of these things actually helped instead of harming our stay, and we felt that places made a bigger effort to keep their establishments clean and sanitized. A few places were greatly affected by COVID, which has caused them to shut down so I would check if your destination spots aren’t affected before going just to avoid any sort of disappointment. But other than that my family and I had a blast.

This was LIFE!!! I just came from a 4-day weekend trip from Vegas last week. And it was my first time going!! I loved it. It was so refreshing!! So much to see and do there. About half of the footage I've been too. Loved the Wynn, Treasure Island & The Venetian. I have to see more in the future. Feb. 2024 next target date!! 🎉🎉🎉🤣🤣🍾🍾
@@aliena5802 actually no. Most to almost every hotel rates known to man out here nearly tripled. Simply because this is Superbowl weekend. And many sold out while I was there May 2023. Lol Smh
For 8 years, I traveled to Vegas each year for the Photoshopworld conference and expo for my job at Purdue. The expo was awesome, and those trips to Vegas became a late summer, early fall tradition staple in my life. So many memories are attached to those trips and that time of year, and so many people I met. These trips coincided with the happiest years of my life. I used to take walks very similar to this in the evenings as well during those trips. All that is gone now, and I can't, and won't be able to travel for a while. And I haven't been able, or won't be able to make it to Vegas for a while. And it is exactly that time of year I would be going. There is a pang of pain when I think about what I am missing. But with this awesome video, I can put it up on my 4k screen, with my awesome headphones....and in a way....in a way I can take that trip again this year. In a way I can go back to some of those memories. In a way I can avoid missing out. A lot of people watch these videos you put up, and you probably don't get to hear what all of them think. But to some people out there, they mean a lot. Thanks for this. This is not something small.
I have been only once in Las Vegas back in 1972, and nowadays all the old landmarks: Flamingo, Stardust, Caesar´s Palace have disappeared. But it is a beautiful city.
I always love walking by Wynn's color fountain at night. It's majestic! And then to add the sound of rushing water from the waterfall on the otherwise makes it even better!
Made my morning walk on the treadmill Exciting, I also realized Las Vegas is one place I do not think I ever want to go. Thanks so much for making my morning walk not boring😁👍
@@POVStories_ The facade is that there's a lot to do. Truthfully there's only like 4 or 5 things to do. Walk, Eat, Drink, Gamble, Strip Shows. There are some tours or cool shows like Cirque De Soleil, but it's really not enough going on to spend 4x the money on everything, as going to your local state capital or just big city to see the sights there instead. You could arguably have a better time in Nashville or a major city in Florida at night than you could in Vegas.
Well.I been here over thirty years and there are other things to do here other than the few things you mentioned. We do a lot of the things and have alot of the stuff other cities do.
