At 2:25 in the video, you're in the East End of Charlottetown. I grew up here, and there were a lot of Irish, Scottish and French families in the area. St. Dunstan's Basilica was a very familiar place of worship for many of us. It's a beautiful Catholic church steeped in so much history, and it's a very popular landmark. I've walked these streets as a very young kid, as a teen...to and from school, and now as an adult, and every street corner has a memory for me. I still walk these very same streets, and when I do, it's like I cross over a threshold and I'm teleported back in time to my family, friends and my school days There was plenty of opportunity to leave Charlottetown, but I chose to stay. This was a very well put-together video. Thanks for sharing.

Watching from the Philippines. I am an American (US) living abroad. I always wanted to live in Canada, but was so difficult for me. I like the Eastern Provinces. I once wrote a paper on my 5th grade class about Nova Scotia. I'm a great coffee lover too.
Thank you! We were there in October of 2022. Currently, according to Zillow, it looks like decent houses start around $225,000usd. They quickly go up from there. Not sure about job opportunities but would suggest you join a Facebook group for Charlottetown and ask around some before an exploratory trip. Best of luck to you in your future adventures!!! 😎
