@@pranav9851 It's not about logic. It's about rules. When near a Left turning, firstly if you are going straight, you cannot go through the left hand side, you have to change lane to the middle, secondly, when you are crossing someone, you have to honk. Thirdly, you have to wear helmet.
For the guy, he has to have rear view mirror, give signal to the left and wear helmet.

What you may be referring to is, when someone is in their own lane, they don't have to signal someone in another lane, but this is single lane, multi line typical only in the subcontinent. So, you have to signal.

@@Inahigherlife I agree but honking is necessary if you are overtaking a vehicle when there is incoming traffic. As driver can move towards right side suddenly and personally this has happened to me personally when I was ahead and was going straight from a circle when suddenly a car tried to overtake me without honking and it dashed me just a little bit as i was slow i could control my scooter. Yeah even I hate people unnecessarily honking. I never use horn unless its needed.

You are not getting my point, I'm saying with that much speed, it should not be considered as overtaking, so if everyone use the rule of not over taking from left even in 20-30 speeds, then all the vehicles would run on right lane only. so there will not be any use of left indicator.
So in summary what I'm saying is, turning left suddenly without looking in mirror is more bad act than overtaking from left side in 20-30 speed because that is what everyone does.

This whole incident happened like in 2-4 secs, so in that time frame, maybe a moto gp driver can apply front breaks and make bike grt up from rear tyre, control and land safely 😂✌

Use indicators, keep a safe distance, then none of the above wouldnt have happened. Had the lady kept a safe distance and the bike rider uses his indicators this accident could have been averted.

I live in Gwalior now, here mostly people don’t wear helmets. most bikes don’t have rear view mirrors. There are always more than two/ three passengers. Most of the time people don’t take the roundabout when present, and they do so in full speed, putting the driver who takes the roundabout in total shock…. They also ride in zig zag manner like a snake, ask them theyd say “ mere se bas ho Gaya”…….The list is never ending

In this case it was just a Scooter taking over… what if it was a bigger vehicle
