Welcome friends! 🤗 Thank YOU for being here! We are busy at an indoor softball tournament this weekend but it’s been a lot of fun! I hope your weekend is going well! 🩷 With spring cleaning around the corner, I’m starting to get the itch to do some deep cleaning! It’s been awhile since I cleaned the stairs on my stairs so I decided to tackle that this week. I also noticed a lot of scuff marks on the walls throughout the house so I also wanted to tackle those too! #lifewithkids I hope I can give you some cleaning motivation to have a productive day and week ahead! It’s summer here still in Australia for a little while yet lol but I certainly have a few things to do, but sadly that will have to wait till holidays again in April for two weeks, hope to get some things done then, as its rather busy with work during the week and weekends with church activities etc. hope you have a amazing week!

I live in soufhcentral Alaska. In the worst of winter we get less than 5 hours of sunlight a day. It makes you tired and unmotivated. I adore our midnight summers when the sun is out past midnight. I stay up late and get so much more done and feel motivated. Our sun is coming back and I love it. We have normal winter sun hours now.
At least I’m not the only one whose husband doesn’t want to clean out the garage! My hubs just had a month off work (comp time, etc) and before it started he asked me what project he should tackle. I suggested de-cluttering the garage and/or the unfinished room in the basement. He wasn’t super excited about it but he did start on the garage before it got really cold and snowy. Then he moved everything back (we have a bump out in front of “his” side of the garage) and moved his vehicle back in. Then moved to the basement. There has been progress made in both areas, but wow! It’s amazing what you find when you don’t clean out for a while! We’ve been in our house almost 22 years and there was a bin on a top shelf of the garage with my husband’s old clothes (from the 80’s!) that had never been opened since we moved here…

I just deep cleaned my house too and washed/dried all the clothes, bedding. I love when everything is soo clean, best feeling, especially when I get in the bed with clean hair/body. Everyone is sleep and I know everything is peaceful and clean.(even the dog- 😃)

I absolutely love watching your videos. I have watched you since the beginning and I have said this many time is you have never changed. From day 1 with very few followers and going through such a hard time in your life to now with all the followers you have and such a beautiful family, or that you didn’t have a beautiful family cause you did but you and Mike trying for another baby was such a hard time for you and you brought us along with you guys and I thank you for that. My son has a bf who’s getting married and she has PCOS and she’s scared she can’t have kids and I told her about your channel. I never knew we could use the jaws window cleaner on our screens. Hi Jamie, happy Sunday. I agree with you that when the sun is out I am way more productive. This February we had Spring weather in my city in Canada. Let me tell you that I took full advantage of it and started my spring cleaning. I wish Jaws would sale in Canada. I like the fact that we can just buy refills. Other companies should follow their example. Better for our wallets and the environment.

My high point is that I had my 2 week post-op appointment after sinus surgery and my doctor was very pleased with the results! Also looking forward to next weekend because it'll start my daughter's winter break and I'm going to enjoy spending time with her. ❤

My high to the week is that I started going to a new chiropractor, and the new chiropractor is really helping with the pain in my muscles and body. My previous chiropractor didn't seem to be doing much to help me out. My low to the week is that we found out that my dad is dealing with a health issue that his doctor found. Living in the south, we usually have sun year round, and the past 2 months have been miserably gloomy. We are finally starting to see a few sunny days here and there, and I have been feeling so much better. Now it's time to tackle this house. It's been a wreck since I started back to work, but now I think I can get it back to my normal, clean and tidy, happy place!

Love watching your channel for inspiration. I will say if you ever get the chance to replace the carpet from the stairs and bedrooms with a hard surface, DO IT. It was the best investment I ever made. I remember, like you, cleaning and shampooing those bad boys. Not something I miss. Pretty sure you wouldn't miss this chore either. Keep up the great content.

It’s Monday and finally some sunshine here in Tn. I was covered up yesterday and knew I needed to get on here and get my motivation from you to get moving. I never miss a video and I love you chatting with us. Avery is getting those vacuum lines! Great job Avery! I normally do the hardest task first just to get it over. I watch some of the housewives OC, BH, SL,NJ but that’s about all now. I use to watch them all but some just got to crazy for me. I never could get into the new cast on NY. I like the OG’s. I’m going to get started cleaning out my linen closet. Go Me!

I absolutely love how you share the high and low points to your week. I have sense incorporated that into my end of week reset. It has brought so much joy and intentional thinking when reflecting back on my week. Thinking about the high point of the week is most helpful on the weeks when everything seems to go wrong. This reflection helps me see that sometimes it is just a bad day or hour and not a bad week.

I wish I could clean more on week days. I agree about the weekends! My house is clean for about 5mins when I’m done. Then poof drawing supplies and crumbs are back all over. I know someday I’ll miss this problem. 😅 I just keep reminding myself of this.

Hello jamie, I placed the order for the Jaws products and the caddy, I was very skeptical about it and I have been using them for a few days now and I am sold on them, I have been very pleased, they work great and I like the fact that the bottles and caddy are very well made to, most of the time now when you buy a bottle of cleaner the pump breaks first time you squeeze it, I'm very satisfied and will recommend to everyone.
OMG the toilet- I never knew that the seat can come off!! I've been living in my apartment for nearly 5 years and never knew how to remove it; and let me tell you, I nearly went sick looking at all the grime around those fasteners 🤢! I'm definitely adding this to my cleaning routine!!! I love how many tips and tricks you have up your sleeve Jamie 🤗
It depends what the task is, if it's going to hurt my back (usually why I'm dreading the taks) then I do it last. In terms of the shower, if I'm cleaning my bathroom I always do it in the morning and then clean the shower and then shower myself. Finishing the bathroom and hat way makes me feel accomplished and like I have already conquered the day. Great feeling!

This is a very stressful time for me because I am a teacher and coach and this is the time I am finishing up my season, I am about t9 get observed by my principal, my goal is about to be due, changes for next school year are getting planned, and testing season is upon us. Yes I need to spring clean here the weather has been so good very mild winter hardly any snow. I have a bunch of clothes to go donate my son hit a growth spurt and my husband finally got rid of his clothes he hardly wears. On top of that we started homeschool a month ago and it’s been interesting. Definitely the better part of the school year for my kids. Now we’re busy with cooking classes, swim, dance, and art classes. Teenager works weekends which adds to the craziness 😂 can’t believe Feb is almost half over this coming week.

I finally took down all the Christmas stuff yesterday (don’t judge, it has been a VERY busy time at work and I have just been too tired). I also agree with the sun. We had so many days of rain and then we got a sunny day and we was all outside. First day of fishing was the past weekend and Saturday the first day we got snow. But Sunday they got a little bit of sun. My brother has lived in California for over 30 years and he has a pit/sharpee rescue who won’t go out in the rain well he bought a house here in Pennsylvania and I told him she has no clue what she’s in for lol. She gets cold here in July so I bought her a bearpaw coat lol. She’s going to freeze in the winter here.
I always tackle the thing in the room that will make the biggest visible difference. There's not a lot that I don't like to clean, but I'd say putting away laundry is my worst 😂 I'll go into a room and usually first is picking up and wiping surfaces down, just in case I have to unexpectedly do something else and I'm pulled away for a bit. Then at least that part makes a visible difference. The worst is when I deep clean for three hours and my husband will say something like "What did you do?" because he literally can't tell much of a difference until I point it out.
Yes, tackling the biggest visible difference is such a good strategy to help you feel productive! Haha, deep cleaning can often look WORSE before it looks better!

Happy Sunday! I’ve been doing laundry and basic cleaning today. My hubby is in the midst of painting the interior of our home. Out kitchen kitchen cabinets are arriving this Friday. We can’t install them until my Dad can fly down to Florida from Fort Wayne. That will happen in early March once he returns from a golf trip in AZ. My Dad and my hubby our installing them to save $.

I put away my fall and winter flowers. I now have shiny pink flowers and dark mauve flowers up. My new kitten and the two one year olds like playing with flowers so now only have three vases up. Cleaning out cupboards and drawers in the kitchen. Donated lots of kitchen ware recently.

Look at Avery with the vacuum!!!! She is such a good helper, not just with the vac but I love how sweet she is with the twins! I feel your pain about the bathroom especially the toilet area. I have 3 boys by the way! One question I've always wanted to ask you: Has there ever been a mess that you just looked at or smelled that has almost made you sick by just how gross it is? If so, how do you get through it?
