It is important for people to understand or realize that Ramana Maharshi never declared Papaji as Self realized. He also never asked him to teach, nor did he give him permission to teach.
Ramana had no missionary zeal at all. He did not 'send out' any teachers at all. There was no lineage, no successor, no heir, no "transmission".
Transmission implies receiving something you don't already have. This goes against Ramana's actual teachings.
So, if you want to understand Ramana's teachings, the only way is to get them from Ramana himself as he never ordained anyone to represent him or teach on his behalf.

The body is our vehicle for experiencing the manifest world.
when you are in deep dreamless sleep then who is it that does NOT have a body? that is your true self.
our mode of concious being is the manifestation of the harmonization of cyclical phenomena such as light, sound, and any other event in which energy is transfered. these are known as "cyclical" pheomina because they all share the same fundemental property of duality resulting from the crest and troughs of their waves, inwhich the dualing, opposite forces of nature (positive and negative; order and chaos; the seaker and the seaked) interact and interchange with eachother. our thoughts, emotions, and memories are our perceptions of these "cyclical phenomena" while simultaniusly BEING these cyclical phenomena. the disconnect in realization of this comes from the seemingly long cycles of our existance where we experiance birth, life and death. these experiances are merely the crests of our energy permeating through nothingness. each one of these waves (all transformations of energy) harmonize perfectly and indefinitely. these harmonized waves create what we know as reality
How you can deal with the real life? We have to work like beasts......

@steve henderson what ur describeing has happened to me 7 years ago,i was complelled for some reason to listen to Moojis guided meditation and by the end of it some sort of cold water or fire has burned my entire head and then everything i knew about my self was gone,i was reborn anew,i forgot most of things and had to relearn who and what i am,am still learning but now i know am the self and nothing else matters,being the self is the ultimate truth,thers many more i could say but yea thats what happened to me.

S+I+L+E+N+C+E (67) = G+U+R+U (67), with letters as numbers of harmonic evaluation... that is why, we have spiritual silence everywhere... all good things do not need advertisements...

But the word guru is actually a sanskrit word.. in sanskrit alphabet “guru” does not add up to 67 lol and “silence” does not add up to 67. So counting the letters of the alphabet and adding them together and cherry-picking any spiritual word that equals the summation of adding up all the letters of the word “silence” is all you really did. sanskrit alphabet isn’t arranged abcdef etc. And the alphabets arrangement is could easily change its not based off some mathematical arrangement it never was. Counting the order of arrangement and saying that’s harmonic is ridiculous shit. If Guru didn’t add up to 67 you would’ve looked for a different word that’srelevant to “spirituality” that added to 67 in order to project that somehow its Harmonic.

I had this opportunity a few years ago to fall into the abyss, to let myself be obliterated, and it scared me so much that I chickened out. Now I am left knowing what this means, but feeling powerless - how do I get back there? Do I meditate? How do I just “stop”? I know it’s a choice in a sense, I know I am not supposed to do anything - I know intellectually, but I don’t know how to “stop” practically, in actuality. I wish I could find a teacher to help me.

Which silence ? He doesn't explain, and what's really strange is that nobody asks him to explain....everybody acts like they understand but are to embarrassed to say they don't .
