Perfect timing, my ads are breaking even so much and it's driving me nuts just barely losing or gaining money. Will consider your advice. I really like the idea of promoting bundled products more since I've seen people naturally buying related stuff on their own occasionally. I just need to figure out how to integrate it in such a way that it doesn't look too messy or spammy. I'm just thinking out loud here. But yeah, will definitely try this.
Very helpful. Selling t-shirts is low profit margin. If you’re speeding $50/day on ads then you know at minimum you have to sell 7-10 shirts per day to just break even. Depending on your prices. So actually you need to sell at least 20 to make it make some sort of sense
Ben, I've been binge-watching like 20 videos in a row. Your content is amazing, and I hope to reach that $20k / month in revenue at some point, because this is something that really could benefit from outsourcing... I have a question specifically for acquisition cost for a subscription based service. Do you have any general rule of thumb for subscription based advertising with free trials? For example, should I expect to spend 3x more than what the revenue would be in the first month to acquire a customer? We don't have enough data to calculate an average churn rate, and we're offering free trials (we do social media content for free for 1 week). We don't know how many of these free trials will commit to a paid plan. At the rate it is going, we only just break even if someone stays for a 2nd month, and that is not counting people who may cancel the free trial. It is very difficult working this out without the data.
Hey Ben! Thank you so much for continuously creating such wonderful content. Any idea about the ads disruption that’s going on with Facebook right now? 🤔
Hello Ben I appreciate all of your great, helpful and teaching videos. I learnt alot of things and basics of Facebook ads manager,I started following you since last December and now Im doing my business with it. Thanks man ❤️
Hello Ben! thank you again for this wonderful video. Would you advice selling shirts with Fb Ads? or this kind of business is no good with FB Ads? Thank you!
Hi John, it's very difficult to generate a profit with that business model unless you have a significant point of difference - like a large following or influencer involvement.
Right. Not sure if I would take this advice. The platform has gone out of wack within the last 2 months. I am taking my money elsewhere. There are so many problems with the platform these days.
Not at all - increasing your average customer value has nothing to do with how much you are spending on ads. It's about generating more money from each customer which will increase your profitability. That may allow you to scale and spend more but that's a separate matter.
You are brilliant. The logic, the insight, the experience. can't thank enough

Awesome - best of luck with it.

Oh yes - a very tough business to generate a profit with.
Thank you Ben! I have been dealing with the same issue, we are barely profitable but not that much I would like to. Gonna implement your advice.
Best of luck with it :)

Great to hear!
Great stuff!! Can you please let us know the best way to retarget small audience? 2000-10K only. The best objective to choose.
Yes my first question would be why target such a small audience? Is that a retargeting audience?
@@BenHeath Yes this is my retargeting audience. Its small because I just started.
Interesting topic!
Glad you think so
Good stuff!
Thanks!

Do you do those videos in one take without reading a prompter ?? I am amazed !!
Most of the time in one take yes and no prompter. Sometimes I have to redo. I've had a lot of practice!
Ben is the best!
Thanks a lot
So basically spend more money

@@elisexelisia8665 what problems have you been experiencing?
@@ItaintmeCCC drop in results and traffic. Everything down by 49%. It's the weirdest thing. Went from 5x to half or nothing.

So basically increase the price on products
