Have you tried soaking your chicken style slices in a mix of soy sauce and hot water before cooking? I found adding a tablespoon of soy sauce per cup of hot water adds a really nice flavour to it. Also, if you have an air fryer, try throwing the pre-soaked slices in there for about 5 to 7 minutes at 200C before adding them to a stir-fry 😋
