DHBVN Demanding ₹165,225 For Load Reduction Application Number R36-624-47 | 20 Days No Action Taken

It appears that DHBVN staff are not addressing customer queries via email adequately. Despite my repeated requests for information, no one is taking responsibility to resolve this issue, and we are being forced to pay ₹165,225 without any valid reasons. Additionally, an incorrect decision has been applied to our appeal.
We would like to dispute this demand notice formally and request clarification on the following points:
Dispute of Charges: Given that we are requesting a load reduction, we find the charges of ₹165,225 to be excessive and unjustified. We previously had an LT connection before upgrading to an HT connection, and all the necessary infrastructure for the LT connection was paid by us and taken away by the DHBVN Nahar JE. We have not received any credits or refunds for these prior payments. If there have been any credits, please provide a detailed statement of account. It is unreasonable to be charged ₹165,225 again under these circumstances.
Policy Document Request: We request a copy of the policy document that outlines the regulations and conditions under which a consumer is required to pay charges related to infrastructure repeatedly, such as transformers or any equipment necessary for installation on electrical poles. Understanding these regulations is crucial for us to ensure we are being charged correctly.

Our Load Reduction Request R36-624-47 dated 08 June 2024 is still not actioned considering the Status Of Application : Service Connection Order Issued.
