No Bret Heart, No Owen Heart, no Andre the Giant, no Al Snow, No McFolly at all, they left out a lot of classic super stars in favor of older versions of ones they had? Why not use those as alternate costumes?

I have the same DLC packs Roster and the only character that is missing is Paige in divas and all the rest i have them all i want to know whats the problem i know that this game is now old but i want to know why paige is missing with all the dlc .

DLC is the only way to unlock legends in this game and unfortunately all wwe games from 2K up to 2K18 I believe have no more DLC available. This is why I find 2K14 the best one as you have so many legends to unlock after completing showcase mode.
I have the ps4 version was going to download the Hogan pack but it wasn't there but I figured it was bcuz of what Hogan sed in the privacy of his own home whether it be derogatory or not but was that only dlc not able to download

I have reinstalled the game without the update and Hulk Hogan DLC is in game if you got it years ago as this is for PS4 as well.
Unfortunately, after the Hulk Hogan controversy that happened after this game was made, they removed him from the DLC lineup.
