Last night on the final FyreUK Livestream for a while, we all built a city around a lake.
Built over two hours on the Saturday livestream, the build has a small fishing village at the top of a snowy mountain, built deep in the snow - then a huge water fall flows into a huge lake where the city is built up around the edges of the lake.

How do people orchestrate this shit? Like how does EVERY person building know what to build at the same time?...
OMFG !! i was wondering the same exact thing !
Well usually get everyone together, then lay down the pallet. Basically tell everyone "ok, here are the blocks we are gonna work with." At that point, everyone just starts building, using that pallet. Individual style of each builder comes out in the design of the building, allowing many houses and towers to look unique, but they all still match because everyone is still using the exact same blocks as the other players.

the first time i saw this was when i was watching an OMFGCata episode and saw this city. I started to cry it was so beautiful and instantly subscribed to fyreUK... and now im here :)

i like it!, its awesome from far away! BUT, the only problem i have with this is the houses themselves, just focus on it a bit and you'll see, flat walls, and so on, other wise awesome build! (i feel like im gonna get hate for this but oh well! XD)
Well a house with flat walls alone looks like crap but when u put them in one big build they complement each other and it further does that if they add 1-2 textures builds in the area making it look nicer then it really is

@TheEskimoose why are people always asking for downloads when its pretty obvious that they wont give it, this is part of a giant server for wich youll have to win your way in, or pay 10 pounds on special times, of course they wont just give it!
How do you get in on these things? I haven't been able to find a server with people as dedicated to building as I am.

@MartinMikjaer The bit.ly links are actually Approaching Nirvana's that they sent us to use so they could keep track of clicks to there stuff from our videos specifically, so the content owners gave us those links.

@alelan94 Its impossible to have a natural minecraft waterfall like that. because water is all spawned in on the same level
with that many people building, you could build the solar system (REAL SIZE) in 2-3 days

The problem with a build like this is that it looks great from a distance but when you get closer there's just a lack of detail that is extremely difficult to achieve with such large builds.
