    A vacuum seal bag could still be useful for long sous vide cooks in the Anova Precision Oven such as for chuck roast to prevent the food from drying out.

    i dont know how this was recommended to me. Im barely considered a home cook but watched the entirety of this. RUclips algorithm has blessed me on this day. Keep up the videos, well made and informative.

    Can you cook multiple foods at once in the anova

      Yes, definitely! As long as they need to be cooked at the same temperature! Otherwise if for example you want to cook two steaks, one well done, and one medium rare, you could put the first steak in at a higher temperature for about an hour or so and then turn down the temperature and add the second steak and finish the cook for 2 hours or so. Just an example.
