Hi, please can I know what tools you used to cut into the door and drill the holes to mount the door hinges? I have an ‘Exacto’ knife but the tool you used looks very different and perfect for the job. I’ve tried to do something similar when first back getting into RC but ruined a shell, but this video shows perfectly what to do. Clearly you are very good not only coming up with these mods, but also editing videos and sharing them, so only fair I subscribe and follow your channel 🙂🙏 keep up the fantastic work
hey..sorry for late reply.. the tool that I used for cutting off the door is something called "panel liner" I don't know it's correct English or no. TT and it looks like only couple of seconds job in the video. but it took almost 20minutes to cut off the door clearly.. but it is really rewarding after that. and the tool that I use for drilling the hole..is called "pin vice" ..it really tiny drill... and it's super useful tool if you build Rc or anything.. if you have more question,, just let my know~~good luck.

It was an old video so I knew you may not see the comments so all good ….but thank you soooo much for replying 🙂🙂👍 I’ve just ordered the parts and hope to do some of the customisations you have done (so doors)…but also will try to do the rear panel. I know in the real version this can be dropped to allow loading/unloading. 20 mins to do?? 🤯🤯 wow you are fast ….it would take me ages to do this, especially to look as clean as your model. Well done on a great jobs and thanks again for getting back to me, very much appreciated. Keep up the great work on this awesome channel my Rc brother 🙂🙏
@@friktionrc thanks for the compliment~ so you are gonna open the rear panel ~ actually I've done that as well, if you can see my other video clip.(WPL D12 korean food truck) it's the same way as front door.. but it's all straight lines .so a bit easier. anyway good luck my brother.. I'm working on "squid game" version of SJ10. ^^

저 미니경첩을 한국 쇼핑몰에서도 팔긴 하는데, 역시 알리가 저렴해서,, 알리에서 50개짜리 시켜놓고 여기저기 잘 활용하고 있습니다.

네.. 프라모델용 패널 라이너로 긁어 낸거에요..그냥 칼로 하면 힘들기만 하고, 오히려 깨끗히 안잘려지더라구요.. 불로 칼을 달궈서 하면 어떨지 모르겠네요.ㅎ

드라멜로 하면 문틀 부러지겠죠?
드라멜로는 깔끔하게 안잘릴 겁니다...그냥 계속 조금씩 갈아내는수 밖에 없더라구요..그리고 커터칼을 불에 달궈서 녹이는 방법도 있는데...어쨌든 좀 노가다를 할수 밖에 없습니다.
저는D12 이녀석이 게속 소리는 나는데 안움직이네요
모터는 도는데 차가 안나간단 말씀이시죠? 그런경우 액슬을 열어보면 기어를 조이는 나사가 헐거워져서 헛도는 경우가 있더군요...
