I actually make an attack class called the Scavenger. He's British, also the youngest mercenary that is a human. His primary shoots obsidian spikes that cause stacking bleed, his secondary shoots lemonade projectiles that can oneshot sentries and not much else. And his melee is a big sword that he wields in one hand. Also at low health he becomes really fast and his weapons are enhanced, like for example his melee, called the Mannscalibur, can oneshot enemies by slicing them in half.
Seems OP. I would make it so that the lemonade stuns sentries like the cow mangler. His primary would have to be a projectile. Hit scan bleed is a bit much. As for the low health, just get rid of the one shot and just make him a bit faster.

Everybody camps around the dispenser untill the medic ubercharge is ready than everyone wants a pocket medic

Valve would definitely nerf him into the ground.

It is a projectile
He's meant to be a super risky tactical class. Already only has 125-150 health. Also having weapons like Mannscalibur out slows him down.
