Maine Naya SMPS liya hai aur uske neutral aur earthing ke bich 70v ka current aa raha hai. Agar usko Bina Earth ke chalaye to koi problem hoga kya?

Thare is no neutral and live terminal.
You can connect any terminal in neutral or live.

Low cost multimeter me show nahi karega. Agar aapko voltage dekhna he to SMPS ko multimeter se reverse me test karna he..
