The ending song for the movie made my heart hurt and inspired me to write a book and start dancing ballet again and draw murals on the walls and actually do something with my life instead of sitting in my room watching Netflix all day doing nothing. I cried so much during this movie which was beautifully made. Felicity and Eddie truly have made something magical of this
I cried too. Especially when this scene came up...I feel the same way about living life and getting the most out of our short time here. Not kidding though, had to go into the bathroom so my wife and boy wouldn't see me sobbing. Even went and bought Stephen's book right after. Amazing.

Absolutely amazing film. Saw it recently and WOW, the soundtrack was just SOOO good to me. Amazing acting done by Eddie and Felicity as well. :P Did *NOT* expect to like this movie so much haha! :D
Me too gehab, i was amazed by that beautiful film. Which produces by every single great component; actor, actress, producer, componist, and the core of the film, the idea for rising up Hawking's biography.
this commentary section regroups a lot of nationalities, as it seems, et c'est la ça la force de Stephen Hawkins... may he rest in peace, magnifique commentaire, gros bisous du Québec...
We humans are so insignificant, fragile creatures in this infinite universe. So live happily, respect the ultimate person who gave you life , your parents and respect all elders. Be grateful to God for giving you enough time to enjoy this world. Whether you are from different country, different tradition , culture , race , religion , nothing matters everyone feels same emotions when you hear this masterpiece.
I agree with so much of what you write, but - while we are certainly fragile - we are NOT insignificant. God knows that, which is why He reaches out to us again and again, endlessly willing to love and forgive and show mercy. Sending out his Holy Spirit to inspire artists to greater heights, so that they might pass on that love and allow us to "see"...
This was a movie my beloved grandmother and I used to love to watch together. Sitting at Barnes N Noble reading Hawking's book and having rich discussions. She passed away in 2020. But when I hear this song, it reminds me of the times I had with her. I'm so grateful that this is the song I remember her by.
In all honestly I don’t think I’ve heard such a raw, beautiful peace of music in my entire life. The freshness;softness, fragility yet power of this piece is so hard to explain.
You are capable of brilliant things, all you have to do is try. Try and try again. No matter how many times you fall, although it may hurt, you have the strength to pick yourself back up. You just have to believe in yourself...believe that YOU ARE strong enough to rise up and try again. Even if you don’t succeed, that’s okay. All that matters is that you try
I am possessed. This music has an ethereal quality to it, a power not of this world. We all seek adventure and meaning, a purpose of life with this music.
I fall asleep to the soundtrack almost every night, and watch it as much as I can. This film is truly beautiful. It shows how we can over come anything, and shows you that anyone can exeed expectations. Stephen was only given two years to live at 23, and lived to 76. This man was truly a brilliant physicist, and an amazing person. We have truly lost a great mind, and for that all I can say is, Well done, doc.
Wow, just wow. I rewatched the movie and i just got hit with this music right through me. The movie was amazing. I can't really explain how the movie effected me. It's just beautiful.
This song reminds of myself and all that I understood about myself back then. Speak to me, call me by your name I am what I am, I am what I can be at this moment. It is not the ultimate state of self I could have preferred, but it is still me. I am the same human, the one that you once knew, the one that changed for all the good reasons, I am a different man now, yet I am still what I could have been, I still have a loving heart, an optimistic mind and strong attitude, I still want different things but those things are different from what I wanted then. I still carry my name in pride, I am still what I set out to be, I am still seeking, needing, carrying my dream with both hands. I am still sending out my love to you, I am still waiting, waiting, still. I still love what I loved but it's a little less false now, I still hope for what I knew, I still believe in what I promised to myself back in 2018. I am, I am, Yana, with a strong heart, I am still moving forward.
Truthfully. This movie was one of the most beautiful movies I have ever watched. Insipring, gut-wrentching, tearfull, over-whelming, joyful, I LOVED "THE THEORY OF EVERYTHING." Great job, Eddie. And God bless, Mr. Hawking (I have tears in my eyes)
You know the movie is really that great when listening to the OST makes your eyes well up with tears everytime. I think it's safe to say that this movie is the best biopic I have ever watched. It was beautifully made with great actors especially Eddie Redmayne, the cinematography and the music scores! I cried for literally every scene where Stephen Hawking would struggle and faced difficulties. The ending scene was what got me the most. The winding of the time, really gave me goosebumps.
Died on march 14, 2018. He was my biggest idol who i take as an example. He was my biggest source of motivation too. Not just mentally, i loved him with his emotions. I hope you can be healty and happy in your own universe, miss you.

This song is so peaceful. It represents a possible future of hope- hope that life can get better. Let's live up to this song and make sure that the future will be brighter. I absolutely love this song.
This movie was AMAZING!! The end scene when he rewinds to the beginning of how he met Jane was a absolutely astonishing. I loved the music. Best movie I ever saw!!!!💓

"Arrival of The Birds", truly fabulous and emotive piece of music! I love The Cinematic Orchestra, (To build a Home etc) and one reason why I feel every great film usually has, great music!
He's the living example of the mind having power over the body and not the other way around. When doctors diagnosed him with ALS they only gave him a few years to live, but he just went on and lived to an old age anyway. Not even his disability to speak or move made him give up science. One of the truly great scientists and humans of our era. Rest in peace Mr. Hawking, we will miss you!!
Trust me when i say this, this is the only movie where i cried, ever. Kudos to directors and stephen hawking. I never felt so sad before, looking at people around me. Life is much bigger. I hope people understand it someday. 0:40 Never saw life from this perspective, I am a very changed person now.

Don't worry guys Hawking is “Died” in this universe but can be “Alive” in one of the many “Parallel Universes”!!
Anurag Chaudhary he was taken from this universe as he was needed somewhere else that’s why we die never be afraid of what’s to come near the end of your life as I’m at the end of mine and this song reminds me of the start
Nice reference🤣, i'm still remember when he say that😊
Perhaps in a different universe, he is alive and well, walking around and talking without a care in the world while showcasing his gifted intellect to the next generations. Because whether he was healthy or sick, either way, he will always be an inspiration to us.
This made me cry
True...he IS alwys alive....
Studying physics at KCL currently and aspiring to embark on a PhD one day just like Hawking himself, maybe at Cambridge if I work hard enough. If one could be a fraction of the man he was it would be hard task to achieve, but this song in a strange but beautiful manner motivates me to keep going.
yaaa, its like i cant explain it ,but this song feels like love and universe are like connected , we dont understand it , but we feel it each and every second
My last wish just before dying is to listen this...memories
Think Yourself aww man, you made think of that right when the violins came in.
so r u dead already? :D haha
what an amazing woman Jane Hawking is. there are not that many out there he would have done as she did. it goes against the nesting instinct and the powerful instinct to find a suitable mate capable of protecting you and your children. an amazing woman.
u do know that btch cheated on hawking, right? fool!

"The theory of Everything" is a great movie and is worth watching. Thiw story is really so touching.... and inspiring..... Yesterday I figured out that there is a lot of pain in oyr world and we should be all grateful since we are healthy. This man show me that is worht trying to achieve your goals however difficult this may seem. Well, I believe that when you want something you are determined to overcome the obstacles and succeed!

The greatest enemy of knowledge is not ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge. - Stephen Hawking R.I.P 1942 - 2018 Your are part of the dust of stars just like Carl Sagan. 😞😢💔🌌🚀🛸
Perfect song to end a perfect film
My favorite piece
Absolutely amazing film. Saw it recently and WOW, the soundtrack was just SOOO good to me. I actually heard this piece before the film was released, because it's not made by the same guy who did the rest of the soundtrack. :P But this and every other piece just fit the movie so well!
Amazing acting done by Eddie and Felicity as well. :P Did *NOT* expect to like this movie so much haha! :D

It id beautiful
Me too gehab, i was amazed by that beautiful film. Which produces by every single great component; actor, actress, producer, componist, and the core of the film, the idea for rising up Hawking's biography. Just mixed up and simply gracefully dancing in front of my eyes. So many tears after watching this. Realising we cant refuse our destiny. Need more film like this. Do you have any reccomendation?
@@oywavera it's a little different, but theres a movie called "Temple Grandin" and it's her story as one of the figures in autism. I have Aspergers (high functioning autism) and I really appreciated how they depicted it.
@@applejayz1987 aw thanks,
Should be my weekend list to watch film. It is okay tobe different with others, keep spirit @Applejayz19
This song is life flashing before someone's eyes.
Best way to describe it man
Quite literally
Just as Stephen’s goal was to wind back the clock of the universe
In all honesty no movie will EVER come close to how phenomenal The Theory Of Everything was. Too amazing to put into words.
BEAUTIFUL
@taylorrowe2002Bruh..
Masterpiece!

R.I.P Stephan Hawking, may your glorious wisdom live on forever, to infinity and beyond
Ugh, it's so beautiful, it brings me to tears every time.
The ending part where they show time reversing back to when he met Jane and this music in the background, was very beautiful.
I think this ending is one of the best ones I ever seen before! That flashback, that incredible rewind of the characters' life together was just amazing and this soundtrack touched me so much! I felt as if an explosion was occuring inside my heart by listening to this wonderful sound! I love it!
Twilight (breaking dawn part 2) the end too..... 🖤
I don’t understand why this version isn’t on Spotify. the longer version is so much better
because spotify doesnt deserves this masterpiece
the original piece by the cinematic orchestra from their album is made up of two songs (arrival of birds + transformation).

this commentary section regroups a lot of nationalities, as it seems, et c'est la ça la force de Stephen Hawkins... may he rest in peace, magnifique commentaire, gros bisous du Québec...
The genius compositor of this music has died... it's the end of time and I'm so sad!

Actually this one is composed by London Cinematic Orchestra. But Johansson was pretty with other soundtracks.
That ending scene was so touching, and this music is so beautiful

Think at my mom and at bts and crying so much omg
that scene whem everything turns back gave me everytime goosebumps omg.

Ok everyone is talking about how they got chills at the beginning but is anyone going to talk about how beautiful 3:45-4:05 sounds?
Yes sir not only chill this is masterpiece emotional Cinematic feel me.... I understand

2021 is anyone still here..?
Imagine traveling throughout the universe with The Spaceship of Imagination while listening to this song? Oh my.... 😍
Look what we made :)
" I want us to be together for as long as we have got. If that is not very long, well, then that is just how it is "
Been crying to this for days, now I know why. Farewell you wonderful, inspiring human. Always look up at the stars and not down at your feet
Wonderfullll
I don't know why but my every time I hear this, my heart aches...
I am possessed. This music has an ethereal quality to it, a power not of this world. We all seek adventure and meaning, a purpose of life with this music.
My heart goes out to the person who composed the music .....😍💕
I fall asleep to the soundtrack almost every night, and watch it as much as I can. This film is truly beautiful. It shows how we can over come anything, and shows you that anyone can exeed expectations. Stephen was only given two years to live at 23, and lived to 76. This man was truly a brilliant physicist, and an amazing person. We have truly lost a great mind, and for that all I can say is,
Well done, doc.
Wow, just wow. I rewatched the movie and i just got hit with this music right through me. The movie was amazing. I can't really explain how the movie effected me. It's just beautiful.
Great movie! Eddie redmaye's performance was outstanding. He reminds me Daniel day Lewis from MY LEFT FOOT...👏👏👏
This song reminds of myself and all that I understood about myself back then.
Speak to me, call me by your name
I am what I am, I am what I can be at this moment.
I am crying. Really. Love that film, this song and the scene of the film with this song ahah 😭
Mesmerizing
It's been exactly a year he had passed away, the least I could do is listen to this beautiful piece of music!!!!
This piece wasn't written for the film, nor was it written by the composer of the film's actual soundtrack
Died on march 14, 2018. He was my biggest idol who i take as an example. He was my biggest source of motivation too. Not just mentally, i loved him with his emotions. I feel lost but now, i have a reason to look at the stars with sympathy. Thank you for all secrets of universe, the theory of everything professor. I hope you can be healty and happy in your own universe, miss you.
This music give me so much feelings. This is brilliant.
this movie keeps on coming on my cable box and I never get tired of it. I have seen it six times already, and the final scene always gets me in the heart. the first time my parents and I got emotional but I cried. those were manly tears and I really admire Doctor Stephen Hawking.
What an incredible film for an incredible life. And this song...absolutely breathtaking
Ironically this piece of music wasn't even written for the film, yet it fits beautifully
This is beautiful. Magical and by far the most powerful piece of the movie...in my opinion
This song helped me a lot during my PhD degree course. Luv u Hawking
This song is so peaceful. It represents a possible future of hope- hope that life can get better. Let's live up to this song and make sure that the future will be brighter. I absolutely love this song.
This song is so magical I'm at a loss for words
Just fabulous and amazing. Full of emotions.

Nope just the music!!! its original name is the birds arrival.
sohaib laraba Yeah, motivation :D
This melody is so fascinating because it envokes sadness and happiness at the same time. It's truly fascinating how music can swade the emotions
The composer of this movie really knows how to hit you in the feels.
The composer of this movie's soundtrack didn't compose this
They paid the license for this music from someone and use it in the movie. They didn't compose it.

Listenning to this song is becomming a pattern in my life's journey.
The power it contains is brutal. Timeless. Masterpiece.

This movie was AMAZING!! The end scene when he rewinds to the beginning of how he met Jane was a absolutely astonishing. I loved the music. Best movie I ever saw!!!!💓

RIP Jóhann Jóhannsson!! Your music is amazingly beautiful! Thank you
"Arrival of The Birds", truly fabulous and emotive piece of music! I love The Cinematic Orchestra, (To build a Home etc) and one reason why I feel every great film usually has, great music!
I wish to have seen this film at theatre, i would have cried. Is a so beauty ending.
Honestly such a surprise that the original score for this film didn't win the Oscar.. but i'm elated that Eddie did! He certainly deserved it x :)
Forget Grand Budapest Hotel. THIS should have won the Oscars!
Both were just as good as the other, imo. Alexandre Desplat greatly deserved his first Oscar win though
The soundtrack was good in The Theory of Everything, but Grand Budapest was much more original and more well deserved
totally agree!!!! The Budapest was awesome too, but this one is just amazing
FFFBleus It was actually his second Oscar win but all g
If you check IMDB, he's only won 1 Oscar.
This is one of the best soundtrack.
Trust me when i say this, this is the only movie where i cried, ever.
