    Got a few complainers about the bright sound, that’s a metal mouthpiece, used primarily for jazz, no? The sax body seems like it handles like a dream too, a great piece for sure. I don’t know why people still hang onto the concept that the sax body is the primary contributor to sound…

    It might be bright sounding but that's the sax I'd want for playing in a band situation. Especially with a ham fisted drummer. And the metal mouthpiece adds to it. Wonder how it would sound with a hard rubber one?

    Too bright for me and even the low notes sound to brash

      Maybe it’s just me, but I really enjoy a bright sound as long as it’s controlled and still dynamically contrast. Of course, I’m speaking purely from a jazz perspective.
