I have subscribed to your channel for sometime now. I am very very curious why there seems to be such a concentration of really old points in those creeks. I enjoy your videos. Thanks for taking us walking the ditches with you!
Thanks I appreciate it....many people have the misconception that the natives lost the artifacts while in the creek...that is not the case...many.,many rivers.,creeks and streams have changed courses over the thousands of years...long story short.,they are eroding from ancient campsites along the banks and are deposited into the streambeds...Many drainage ditches cut by farmers in the early 1900's cut through ancient sites...therefore.,artifacts can be found in these streams.

It's what happens when you are persistent and have a great passion for what you are doing..! I really don't understand why you feel the need to call my content fake...it's laughable..!...Stick around.,I will show you some things you've never saw before...😉...😂
I just discovered your channel and I too am an arrowhead hunter. My granddad hunted his whole life, passing it on through the generations. So my passion runs deep! Your finds are stunning!! I bet your collection is massive! Keep on hunting!! And please keep posting videos! I do enjoy them so much!

Love watching from my couch. 😆 getting pumped up to go to my secret spot. Fire break drops into edge of sink hole. Exposing the last 10000 years. Levys , marions and tools galore. Giant newnans base. Heat treated. I see from your videos how water transfer and erosion work. Gonna dig. Love it! Like ya say. Ps got a broken Clovis base I found near orange lake fla. Translucent white. 😆 too bad it's broke but it's a Clovis. 😆

I was just watching an Adventure Archeology video where he found a bottle similar to that one and he also found his first creek arrowhead. That last one is a smoker! Bamaboat75
Can you tell us more about why these end up where they do? So the creeks are not existing as they do during those time periods, and the landscape changed and the creeks are new? The points are lost or discarded/cached at a campsite, or lost when thrown while hunting/fighting and the new creeks collect the points with erosion over time? I love all the information you give us, the dates u give+ rock type. Everything about your videos is perfect! Keep doing your thing. Much Much respect!

Really nice complete point.I once found a white point with black specks when I lived on dad's farm and I also had a pink one and a black one that did not come from anywhere in the area and must have come from a long way away.. I also had found some that were only about half a inch long and several that were broken! When one finds unusual points, it's always a question of where did the stone come from! Most are gray in color but some are of unusual stone. In the eastern US, one usually equates these with the Woodland Period, but some may be much older. The last ice age glaciers came down to around the middle of the eastern US and these points may have been used to hunt mammoth! I have never found a point with a grove on each side, that would be amazing to find one of those! That would indeed be very old! I have found some ax heads in streams before, but I have lost theme over time. My brother that still lives on the farm has a very good collection of all sorts of points and ax heads that he has found!
Same here...the ancients had a vast trade network grossly underrated...I pretty regularly find materials and types from 4 and 500 miles from their source...thanks for commenting
