baselines are basically ur guardrails , scp thats gets applied to members accounts as part of compliance systems.. Please watch previous videos as well on landing zone.. With Landing zone pre-defined security postures gets rolled out to members

Im confused with landing zone and control tower as both will be created form control tower service from Aws console right ...

Control Tower is a tool or service that helps you setup and manage Landing zone. Landing zone is the actual environment where you operate your cloud workload.
