    𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐠𝐢𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐚 🍤🍆
    350g Shrimp (10 pcs)
    1 medium sized Eggplant
    𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫:
    1 pc Egg
    1/4 tsp Iodized salt
    1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
    1/4 cup All purpose flour
    1/4 cup Potato starch
    1 cup Cold water
    𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐩:
    2 Tbsp All purpose flour
    For the sauce, you may use any soy sauce but we prefer to use Kikkoman Sushi & Sashimi soy sauce.
