Really? A marine sphere clip for high magician? Why not just level with vertical firewalls? Lot easier considering you should already have firewall for orcs.

+Mike Mike This map is custom, on Iro server, we have maps for lvls 70-100, 101-125, 125-150+, they are called IT, u can do quests there, everybody lvl ups there on 70+...

fixed cast without dex?

Unfortunately there is no way to get rid of fixed cast time through stats.Before 3rd Class, but you can get 100% variable cast time reduction with gear. FatheredPuma81 Yes he has 1 dex. That is also just normal. I wonder do you play on iRO or do you play renewal. His equipment are not godly, they are high-tier, though.
