just got a logitech g920 and watched a lot of videos on the best settings for the wheel, this is by far the best video out there and the best settings, much appreciate
yoo I tried drifting for like 3 weeks now and I couldnt hold a drift for longer than one corner but now with these settings I instantly got 200.000 points on the needle climb up (before I got like 70.000). For my preferences I turned the Force feedback down to 50 and the force feedback minimal force down to 20 and its so fun drifting now😂👌
I used this video 2 years ago playing forza 4 with my logitech. Now coming back to it bc my moza wheel only works for forza 4. Always helping me drift better

I love the TX, started with the suede wheel too but changed to a full-sized NRG soon after...felt bad for that alcantara, manhandling it through drift transitions. Also a bit too grippy, I like to let the wheel slide through my hands a lot. Sick channel just keeps getting better. P.S: Nice to see the grandmaster CT makes mistakes too once in a while

Guys after a month of trying different settings I found some incredibly smooth ones that will blow your mind. Most importantly STEERING ON NORMAL NOT SIMULATION. FFB scale 40-50 Min ffb 80 Understeer 100 Centre spring 0 Dampening 0
This is insane! I just bought a G29 steering wheel and it's been crazy difficult (for me) to control oversteer in FH4, let alone holding a power slide or drift. Impressive bro!
Durgesh Sharma bro the problem for me the whole time was playing on simulation steering. it’s impossible to drift in simulation steering so just put it in normal and ull be good to go. i never had fun playing forza till i switched it
no this settings dont make you feel you drive a real car make you feel you drive a jostyk this are fake seetings to make drift this guy cant make drift in real life
Best settings I've ever used. Although for people not experienced in driving much at all, I suggest using "normal steering" in the difficulty settings. Simulation is quite difficult to get used to. Hope this helps:)

I just bought a wheel two days ago, i thought it is gonna be easy to drift and im gonna learn it fast (since im nearly as good as toretto with my gamepad), this is soo damn hard :D but i could see some progress within 2 days, i hope it works out soon, getting frustrated when it doesnt work at all, but practise is everything and i appreciate the tip with the donuts, that helped me the most on the second day, keep it up! btw i have to wear gloves too, i had on a second day a burning feeling on my right hand throught all the slides :D
@@durgeshsharma3819 I use the setting from this video and it works pretty well, the rest has to do with the car settings.. you have to try it a little or look for a video about it but a tip for performance tuning: Make the car very heavy and remove the weight reduction and tires are standard or street tires. if you play on the pc then leave everything on G HUB on standard. I think a good car to start with is Nissan240sx. In newer ForzaHorizon4 videos, CToretto uses these settings: Vibration Scale = 0 Force Feedback = 100 Center Spring Scale = 100 Wheel Damper Scale = 100 Force Feedback Understeer = 25 Steering Sensitivity (PC Only) = 50 this is going a little bit more to the standard settings but maybe you try that too, i hope i could help.

Gallo24 it’s tough but you quickly become used to it . As far as drifting and throwing the wheel, it’s extremely easy because in a drift you have no grip so the wheel becomes really smooth and light.

Go to : Settings => Hud and Gameplay => Scrool down to find "COCKPIT DRIFT CAMERA" and turn it on. You can also adjust "sesitivity" and "look speed" as well. Have fun 😉👍👍

Thrustmaster tmx (pro) vs. Tm? I might get a new wheel(have a DFGT now) I think it's nice to get the pedals with the tmx and so much cheaper. Is there alot of difference tmx vs. Tm? Please give a honest answer.. I dont care much about the "feel" like lether, plastic. But the force feedback. If it's just that you can change wheel, then I will choose the cheaper one(and mod a realsize wheel on myself)
AC drifting cars are made for easy drifting, i got the same problem, you gotta find the right settings if you don't use CTs stuff, for logitech wheels its not the same settings
Playing with Steering Sensitivity more than 50 give you smaller input (so if you have 900degree + 70 steering sensitivity you get 720degree) so with 95 i think you play like on 540degrees? So where i found you vid with real 900 degree?

Hey man, thanks and yeah check out my how to drift and upgrade your car video (red silvia as thumbnail) it explains a bit but honestly it's just practice which is key, just keep doing donuts and burnouts to get a feel for how your wheel responds etc. Tooke about 1 month to be able to link a few drifts. Throttle control is also really important, be smooth and consistent with the pedals.
The handbrake is called the thrustmaster tss sparco mod. If your on xbox you need a thrustmaster unit adaptor to make it work, if pc you just plug into the USB 👍

Now my seting looks like you but I have set 'the sterring axis dead zone outside' to the minimum, and only then i started to be able to drift. when i look to other guys setting i seems to be the only one racing that way. How do you get the game to load the layout to your wheel bindings? Whenever i restart, i have to keep selecting the custom wheel profile as it always appeared as the default wheel bindings.

Just a thought.. 900 degree steering + 95 sensitivity is almost double… doesn’t that mean you’re basically at 450 degree steering instead?

AC drifting cars are made for easy drifting, i got the same problem, you gotta find the right settings if you don't use CTs stuff, for logitech wheels its not the same settings

Tap the gas on and off is what i do. But im not super experienced so i could be wrong and there might be a better way

Lachlan Moloney slightly turn the wheel the way you want to go then clutch kick that should get the car sideways without having to throw the wheel
