New subbie and army how much was the bts toothbrush and what budget would you estimate for two foreign students who want to live in the Philippines to spend on grocery and what shop is cheap
Hello fellow army! The BTS toothbrush is 99php ($1.75). Dali grocery and Puregold has low prices on groceries but there arent many branches. SM grocery has the most branches all over the Philippines and the prices on domestic goods are affordable. I believe 2 students can live comfortably on $100/month USD worth of groceries. Just for comparison, I spend $300/month for 7 people. I hope this helps and welcome to the Philippines.
