    thank you for this video.It's the only video I could find about Gross head, net head and the difference between them, however, the sound is not clear enough and you have a strong accent which makes it difficult for me to understand! Could you add subs?

      but i think he must mention types of turbine. if turbine is pelton then what he says is correct? i am confuse...

    i assume you've drawn pelton turbine, for which the gross head would be water level at intake minus turbine axis level. The explanation would be better suited for francis turbine.
