You made it seem easy. I'm in the process of replacing the bumper tomorrow, so I hope it goes almost as easily. At least you showed me where all the hidden screws and pop bolts are. Thanks.
Very helpful. Imagine : to replace a freaking HEADLIGHT BULB, one must BEGIN by removing the goddam BUMPER. Ahh, good ol’ MBZ. Shop cost: at least $800. Headlight bulb part $135. Almost $1000 to replace a headlamp. Great MBZ engineering, fellas- thanks SO MUCH!
Hi my daughter's bumper got knocked off same car and A few rubber pieces came off is that all it is to that bumper is it a bumper or a bumper cover or both?
I like the video. However remember to lift up slightly on the each side of the air diverter cow before pulling forward or you will break the plastic support off of the diverter. Nice job.
Thank you alot, I own a AMG c63 ,need to fix the bumper.l,, I was very afraid of taking it out but now that I see how easy it is I'm very confident thank you very much again
For anyone else working on a 2008 Sport, you will have two more pins and about 15,000 clips to undo on the bottom before it will release. Just be aware that it does *not* come off as easy as he shows it.
hi,Ray, do you know as the w 204 has a facelift in 2011, i realsed the front light and the bonnet are different, do yiu know if the front bumper bar are interchange able? For the pre face lift w204 and thr post facelift w204? Thanks for your help.
Ray!!! I love you! But please make a video wearing a bamboo as red shirt. Thanks to this video I’ll be able to change out my ambient air sensor! It’s making my check engine light up.
Nice video Raymond. Every single one of your videos is done methodically and explicitly. I have one question though. Recently I bought an amg diffuser for my car and now I'm in the process of waiting for it to come in. I've looking under my vehicle and I see how it attached but I also noticed that the mounted process unlike the stock diffuser, requires bolts. That is why I was wondering if you could do a video on, "how to rove the rear bumper." I know it's a lot to ask but I would definitely utilize it when removing mine in the upcoming weeks. Thanks and keep up the good work!
+PlismaVTroniX Thanks man. You don't have to remove the rear bumper to install the diffuser. Its actually really easy 2 torx and 2 nuts and it just slides off. I will be installing it for the next video since I'm waiting for my headlights to come back from Epic Lighting.
Raymond Urias, I also saw those screws but if you look online the amg diffuser doesn't have the spots for those screws so you actually have to put screws on the slots on the inside in order to make it sturdy enough. However I haven't seen the new diffuser in person but from what I saw online it appeared that way. Thanks for the comment and I can't wait to see your next video.
+PlismaVTroniX I used pop rivets for thoes 2 support members you are talking about. I know MOST people are lazy and opt for new big bolts....it will all be in the video 😁
Thank you! We’re working on one now that was wrecked, front bumper, headlight and fender. I barley had to watch the video. I was surprised how easy it was to get off
Directly behind the latch in front of the car. If you slam your hood down too hard it will crack. Most of the time it can be glued back together with plastic glue
The sound quality is garbage. Maybe you should switch your camera/phone to another, which costs over 10 Bucks... And by the way, at 5:25 maybe you would have more space if you would turn the wheels all the way right. Just saying.
this is ok but I have the luxury model .It doesn't seem nearly as easy as this sport model. I never saw anyone attempt to take a bumper off the luxury model
You're saving people lots a money Ray with your DIY videos bro.

Dope vid..thank u
Might take tire off so a bit easier
200th thumbs up!
a lot simpler than the Black Forest Elves make it out to be 😄😄😄
reedrancho Elves are assholes don't trust them!
Why oh why did Mercedes-Benz not make the grill attach to the hood like older Benzes...This design, with the "grill support", looks so cheap.
Probably because of crash safety
And then don’t let son drive car again
