Build quality is great and the app is fantastic🌼 They seem to update it frequently. They added the multi floor option that works very well. I just take the robot off of the downstairs dock and put it upstairs, select the 2nd floor map and it loads right up!

Is this just a software change from the standard S6? And if yes, will Roborock offer the software upgrade to current S6 owners?
Is there going to be a Y-pattern option when mopping so there can be a bit more scrubbing instead of just draging the mop in a straight line?

The S6 Pure has a mop & automatic carpet boost. The S4 has neither of those. Also the S4 is almost twice the volume of the S6 Pure. I've heard them both in real life

I just got one I find the map instructions impossible to understand.
Please help with this I spent hours trying to map and separate and name rooms but have not be able to do it.

Myriam Giovannini that not looks good. I’ve used 2 S5 and for the last 6 months the S6. You have to let the robot do a full cleaning of your house, then it will save the map at the xiaomi or Roborock app. After you’ll see the map of your house with different room colors. You can split them or edit the map as you like
Then you’ll be able to select invidual rooms to clean or full house

Very easy to assemble Recommened, and only attachments I've used so far work well, and are easy to use. Doing a good job on the new carpet in my bedrooms and stairs. Works well on the hardwood on my main floor too. Reasonable weight and cord length. I already knew from an earlier review that it wouldn't fit under furniture, but I can use my Eufy for that, so no problem - the high traffic areas that need a stronger suction was really what I bought this for. If it continues as it's started, it will be a good buy and well worth the money. I have had two Shark Rocket stick vacs in the past that are super easy to use, but the motors just don't last well, even with scrupulous cleaning of the filters. I'm hoping for better with this Bissell.
