Beside the last match where he got good combo on Ridley I didn't see him destroy Zack's ridley. I feel more like his Ridley was actually putting a lot of work against Leo.

The reason Marth's tippers seem so inconsistent is because the placing of sweetspots and sourspots are different. For example, B-air has a sour/sweetspot placement of 3.0/7.0 while F-air is 2.5/7.5 (hitbox sizes are the same between the two). This means that F-air has a bigger tip that also reaches further. The reason for DB swing 4 looking like it should tip at times but doesn't is because the way they designed the swing is to just put the hitboxes in the approximate area of the swing as oppose having the hitboxes on the sword itself and move with the animation (which is how most swing attacks for Marth were program). They also made the tip hitbox size much smaller compared to the sourspot (normally the tip hitbox has the same circumference as the sourspot hitbox), resulting in parts of the swing to have a smaller tipper hit, or none at all.
But is he really top tier after the nerfs? Maybe he isn't. Zackray uses him a lot less, like yeah he's still a strong counterpick but not solo viable anymore really.
Zachray is the next king of smash like Leo and zero before him. There seems to be a connection with being a foreigner and really young and being able to play at the very highest level. Its like the prodegy effect, you are so outside of the sphere that its the strongest advantage there is.
