But their are other examples of how China invests and operates in foreign countries. Look at Africa. China is a long-term partner for them and they will be for Afghanistan as well. It may take a while but it will happen. And the Chinese will not get involved in their politics.
Afgan government must apply the permit approval method on foreign investors e.g. every operations will require 70% local participation in skills and labor. In other words for every three foreign employed will need 7 local employment. The afgan administration will have to monitor implementation on requirement are upheld and working. All logistics and transportation shall carry a approved operations permit owned by local resident which shall be leased out to foreign participants to function.
Chinese are friends of Pakistan they will never start the work. How stupid is this contract we want American start the investment in Afghanistan and make the future of Afghanistan people better and better. USA is fighting against terrorism in Afghanistan and giving sacrifices Chinese taking the contract of mines it should be stop. We want Afghanistan and United states partnership.
