You were so thorough and clear on how to create this project. All this time I was thinking it was complicated. Thank you so much for sharing! A great teacher makes all the difference!
I love the fact that you showed each step and where to find all the tabs on Design canvas your youtube is one of the best I've watched thank you for teaching me how to create fan.
Great video - Love that your voice is clear and pleasant. Thank you for NOT including unnecessary background music- This was a very thorough step by step guide.
You are so good using and explaining these different programs, like Design Space and Silouhette, etc. I don't know how you figure out all of this, I'm really good with cricut design space because I purchased my first cricut May 2005 and I've had about 10 different ones, the original baby Cricut, the Cricut Expression one and 2. The Martha Stewart version the, pink breast cancer version, The Air 1 and 2 and the Maker.. My favorite was the Cricut Imagine because it had an HP printer and part of the Cricut . So you could design, print and cut with the one machine. I've tried using other programs but the learning curve is significant because they are all much more difficult than Design Space.
Thank you so much for the video. Your instructions were very precise! Spot on!!! I made my son and daughter both graduation fans which were a hit! Hope all is well
That turned out super cute, I’ll have to try this method. Have you done the fans with the dry erase boards from dollar 25 tree? I haven’t perfected that method yet but have seen them and they are nice! It’s sublimation though.
Thank you for this! I am working on this now and your "How To" has worked wonderfully! The only thing I can not figure out is why my daughters image is coming out blurry. The text comes out perfect, but her picture is not as "crisp", if that makes sense...Do you have any tips?
You’re welcome! The picture may be blurry because it is too small. You will need a high quality picture to avoid it being blurry. Thank you for watching!
@@CorettaDangerfield I did try different ones but I will keep trying...The image is losing the quality during the background removal process. If I skip that step and remove the background manually on design space the image is not as blurry. It works, just not ideal..... if I figure anything else out I will update in case anyone else is having this issue.
Hello, great video, I have a question when I do the off set for the 2024 it only offset around the numbers not the full 2024, so the glitter is in between the numbers , anything I’m doing wrong ?
Great tutorial!! You’ve provided the most complete instructions/demonstration EVER!! That’s EXACTLY what I LOVE!! Thank you!! (I’ve subscribed and hit the bell!!) 😊
@@CorettaDangerfield thanks for responding! I have tried the tape and it just won't work for me. I tried again last night and still nothing. I will try the cleaning the lense and see if that works.
The good thing about crafting is you get to design your project the way that is best for you. In my project the final offset was used to hide the stick so that everything looks neat. You do not have to do this. Thank you for watching!

The offset is around all the numbers; but, large enough so that they touch. Thank you for watching!

Good evening! I have watched several of your videos and you are awesome! I was just wondering what do you charge for the graduation fans?
I would sell the fans for the cost of materials plus labor. Thank you for watching!
Thorough! Thank you!!!
You’re welcome! Thank you for watching!
This was an awesome tutorial!11❤❤❤

can i get some glitter paper from hobby lobby and use that instead of going online? Like will my fan look the same?
Yes, you can use glitter cardstock. Thank you for watching!
Will this work with my cricut maker 3? Newbie here, do I need a printer also?
Yes, this will work with Cricut Maker 3. You will need a printer to complete this project. Thank you for watching!
Excellent execution, thorough and not rush. 👏👏👏👏👏 A new subscriber here!❤
Welcome! Thank you for watching!
How you get the glossy effect on pictures?
I used glossy photo paper. Thank you for watching!

Could you help me clean up a fan I tried? I am new to Canva. Thanks
Unfortunately, I am not very familiar with Canva. Thank you for watching!
This video was AWESOME! Thanks for sharing. Your voice sounding so mechanical drove me nuts, though. 😊
You’re welcome! Thank you for watching!
Awesome video! Thank you!. My Cricut will not let me do print and cut with photo paper, no matter what I try. It is so frustrating!
That is awful. Have you tried putting tape over the lines or trying to clean the lense? Thank you so much for watching!
@@CorettaDangerfield thanks for responding! I have tried the tape and it just won't work for me. I tried again last night and still nothing. I will try the cleaning the lense and see if that works.
So my design space is having an issue with offsetting the entire project, is the final offset dire to the project??
The good thing about crafting is you get to design your project the way that is best for you. In my project the final offset was used to hide the stick so that everything looks neat. You do not have to do this. Thank you for watching!
I love your name . ❤
I love your name!!! Thank you for watching!
What is the font that you use for her name?
The font is Milkshake. It’s from either DaFont or Creative Fabrica. I can’t remember. Thank you for watching!
anyone have any issues with glossy photo paper cutting correctly? my cricut reads the sensor marks then cut crooked. any suggestions?
You might need to re-calibrate the cutting machine. Thank you for watching!
What are the actual dimensions of your fan?
I am not sure what the exact dimensions of this fan. You can make yours any size you would like. Thank you for watching!
Love it ❤
