Ah finally found it, the first Mikey vlog. I'm kinda glad that wasn't 2006 cause that would be way to much content to catch up on. I don't know what it is about these, but they are very fun and entertaining, I tried watching some other people's vlogs and about fell asleep half way through, maybe its cause you talk to us more often, like when you're looking at interesting things and still talking instead of just silently recording and editing text or voice over in later, I don't know but what ever it is keep it up dude you're awesome.
whoa living in England I've never seen that much snow in my life! I remember the most snow I've seen was about six years ago when we got maybe just under a foot. If this happened in England there would be no way we would be prepered, everyone would go crazy.
It’s because of the way the jet steam works. Western European countries on the coasts won’t really see any weather that’s as severe as the weather that the US east coast gets. That’s good for you guys lol

This video brings me back to last year when we in the Great State O Maine received between 90" ans 100" of snow in 4 weeks. That includes 3 full scale blizzards. Great channels, keep up the good work!

Wow I saw this vlog on my recommended list and it's funny cause you just put up a vlog when a giant snow storm attacked New York. I live up in Albany where the snow was just as bad....all 18-20 inches of it. Thankfully most of it is melted now.

Holy crap! This reminds me of snowpocalypse in chicago in 2011. There was no milk, bread, lunchmeat, or water at the grocery store across the street from me, and people were SLEDDING on lake shore drive. It was awesome in every sense of the word.

Wow....I was living in China during the great 2008 snowstorm (y'know, just prior to the great 2008 earthquake a couple of months later!) and I'll never forget trying to trudge out to get a taxi to the train station in Baoji (Shaanxi)....then a couple of weeks later there was heavy snow in SHANGHAI of all places and it took me a whole week just to try & get home during Chinese New Year! Ahhh, the memories.....

Wow! That looks pretty bad! In November 2014 in Buffalo it was so bad I was stuck in my house for almost 2 weeks! Don't blame you for heading to Cali!
Man, if I was a kid again and had that much snowfall in my city, me, my cousin and my friends would be playing/pretending to re-live the Hoth Battle in _'The Empire Strikes Back'_ for weeks on end, that's for *_SURE_*... (cue ominous distant thuds) _"Echo Station 3TA, we have spotted Imperial Walkers!"_
That was a great video. It was a great storm as well. I was stuck at work for like three days and made a boat load if money.
Mike your so lucky I'm in MA and it usually snows about 2-4 ft. it snows every year but the most we got this year was like 5 in. And New York hardly ever gets so much snow. Like last year MA got like 4 ft. Of snow thus is crazy.
I like the channel man. This was the first video ive really seen with all the snow in ny. I moved from yakima washington were we get alot of snow to portland oregon were its mostly rain all the time.
Snowed in days are excellent! so long as you have the food for it..... otherwise not so much.
In DC the snow was amazing had so much fun and got some great pictures!
Your moving to Cali, theres no threat of this kind of snow there but who knows, I lived in East Bay Near San Fran, it snowed once in Oakland and East bay and when it did it was the early 1990's. It was in the evening and the sunset was blood red crimson it was awesome. Yes I like separate comments Haha.. stay warm

I like the video. Today we have 34 cm of snow in Quebec, Canada. But i never ad that much snow on my car. the city is more organize here for the removal of the snow i think.

Ok............ 5 years later.... As a SW ontario CND, I so laughed at the amount of snow. We get more snow on my dogs pee chair (you can imagine) then was on your balcony

I live in Utah and we have that amount of snow all the time in the winter.
Had to plow the snow for a total of 6yrs. 4 on the day it snowed. 2 more on the day after.
Given the warm winter we had, I'm not complaining.
I saw on the news about some people in DC had a HUGE snowball fight, Star Wars themed I think.... Looked like fun from all the way over here on the left coast :) All we seem to get is rain :/ We used to get a lot of snow here when I was a kid, but not like that LOL. My wife and I were talking about how we wished it had stormed like that here LOL. Instead we have to drive a couple hours to see snow. I hope you enjoy it! As long as it doesn't screw up work or something...
Sadly, we got a poor winter in my part of Ontario. I didn't think I would miss the snow..

I feel left out. I live in the desert so I don't see snow, unless I go to the mountains, which isn't that often, but I love snow. I love feeling the cold, and then just cuddling up in a warm blanket with some tea. Oh, and could you give me the recipe for your "pancakes"? They look delicious!
I live 30 minutes south of Albany and no snow we missed it Thank God. Its been the warmest winter in four years since I've lived here. Crazy weather...its perfectly normal.....right. ...........................not
hope you clean up your car before the snow started to crystalize or you will work a lot to remove the ice that form under the snow, by the way nice snow storm, i use to take walk in these kind of storm, it's fun in eastern canada

Hey, so you were in the middle of that big snow storm that swept through the USA this week, although now I guess you're mostly dealing with the leftovers... They said some places received a record-breaking amount of snow; was NY part of those? Anyway, I live in Canada and from what I know the storm mostly passed us by, and I'm part happy and part sad about that. Happy because after a big snow storm everything is blocked and buried, and you have to get out in the cold with a shovel and fight your way to your car that is ALSO buried in snow... So yeah, I'm glad we didn't have to deal with that over here. -- On the other hand, there's a part of me that's a bit sad we didn't have a snowstorm because I do find them pretty, and like you I love to stay inside, warm and cozy, watching a film and drinking hot chocolate while the snow falls outside. It's pretty neat. But no, over here in New-Brunswick we only had a few snowflakes.
Anyway, did you manage to unearth your car from that impressive cap of snow? And did the other stranded car finally manage to move from the middle of the street? I found that one pretty funny, to be honest! ;) Seriously, where did that guy think he was going in all that snow? Of course he got stuck! [laughs] Well, today is Wednesday so I hope your street has been cleared by now! Have fun making more snow angels!

That was way way way more then 12 inches of snow and I live in Canada lol . Unbelievable that those roads ain't plowed that SUV ain't a excuse what so ever. You never would see people still snowed in like this in Canada not even in remote places

I live in Seattle and 5 inches of snow is to much for the city and it's dangerous for the drivers because of hills and we are over here wining about snow and you guys were stuck in snow for 2 days, what part of nyc is that?

I live in Virginia Beach. I love it here, but if there's more than an inch of snowfall, it's mayhem. Accidents everywhere. Sand all over the damn place. =)
Live in Chesapeake area.....and my kids love it....while I don't. Also have to agree about the accidents. But I do love having a snow day off lol.
It's great having days off because of the snow! I feel bad when some employers don't care and insist that their employees go to work.
