All the extra jointa in the gun and the bot are for a "secret" Magnus Torso/head mode because the designer is working on a trailer upgrade for the base prime. The gun becomes the main headcrest and the fuel tanks on the legs become the antenae! Also this is part of Magic Square's Colaberation group so its a seperate designer who is "licensing" and producing his stuff with MS, which is also why DX9/UT is back, those figures are produced in MS factories now.
The Mukudo series is really wonderful! I’ve got Ninja Girl (Nightbird) and Bluebery Girl (Chromia). Ninja’s the better deal because she’s a bit easier to mess with and has tons of accessories, but Blueberry’s got a more interesting transformation. You can’t go wrong!
The world needs more chibi transformers! And small ones in general. I don't want to use half my apartment just to house Metroplex. Love the pricing on these; I've been eyeing the old MasterMade chibi 'plex, but the price is just… not in my range…
An Ultra Magnus repaint would look even better. Since his head and torso are the same colour you wouldn't have the situation this guy jas with red bits on the back of his head or exposed blue plastic on the sides of his front bumper
There’s a 3rd party transformable chibi TLK megatron and his transformation is literal body horror because his head has certain hinges for the jet mode
I'd love to see someone do a Proper Armada Starscream Chibi, rather than the goofy unintended Chibi mode of the original toy! Which btw, for those that didn't know, you can also get Armada Starscream into a Guardian/Gerwalk mode. So 4 modes!
