It's obvious that Rajon really deserves a better team than this. Right now Rondo is carrying a team that without him would battle for the 1st lottery pick and not for a place in the playoffs. Danny Ainge needs to trade Rondo right away and keep building a team for the future or keep Rondo and try to find some miraculous trade to get some quality players to Boston and then make a big splash in FA (which is very unlikely) otherwise Celtics will loose him next year in FA. So the best option is to find a good trade and say farwell to, when he's injury free and has a quality team around him, the best true PG/playmaker in the world.
