Artist of the Fugu-fish comic here... the logo on Norway's hat is the logo of the Norwegian postal service. It just also happens to look like a pokeball upside down... I personally find that hilarious so I include it every time I draw Delivery-ball Norway.
(Also the "that" Japan is talking about... he is literally saying "feed a clay a fish". At least according to Google translate :p My source for most things not-English or Norwegian)

This local saying explains why Seattle, specifically, does not handle snow and ice well. I lived for a few years in Yakima, east of the Cascades, and had no trouble at all with snow because Yakima is flat as a pancake.

The thing about coastal Washington is that it never gets too cold, because of tropical winds blown in from the Pacific. So, that’s why Washington is making a big fuss about the ice.
In Oregon (Portland) it’s been a blizzard for like 4 days lol we are also not used to weather like this :)
5:00 the west side of Washington doesn’t handle light ice well. The east side and people who live near the mountains experience much colder weather (not Alaska cold but cold enough to where people are able to learn to drive in the snow at home). Of course, most people live near Seattle and in the west side in general so rainy weather and evergreens for all (even though like a third of the state is almost a desert)
Well it’s mainly Seattle because they have a ton of hills and most are really steep.

Well, Drew, technically Spain has 2 variants: lisp north and ssss south. Since the one that did most of the conquering and organization of Hispanic America, the Sssss South (Andalucía) was the dialect that influenced the most. But after the lose of Hispanic America, the colonization in Equatorial Guinea, Western Sahara and Philippines was made mainly by the lispy north.
So yeah, the all mighty Equatorial Guinea and Western Sahara use the lisp variant (and so do the remaining native Spanish speakers in the Philippines. But not the new learners, they chose learning the Hispanic American accent full of Ssss instead of lisp).
It probably feels that no Spanish speaker besides Spain uses the lisp because of how small and poorly internet-interacting are the populations of both Equatorial Guinea and Western Sahara.
