Basically like the UK market.
Just get rid of the marginal pricing and the price spikes will be mitigated. We should pay what it actually costs to produce the electricity, not pay the price of the most expensive production form for all electricity produced. Marginal pricing is the problem here. They are not fixing the problem with this proposal, just finding ways to alleviate the symptoms.
