Open up the roof and get some positive coordination with fire attack and ventilation group....everybody seems to be 10 different things at the same time!!! Come on guys!!! Surely yall have chainsaws or K-saws to open up walls??? You are killing yourself to see who is the toughest on the fireground --- work smarter not harder to accomplish what should be quick task assignments!!!! Not trying to be armchair quarterbacking just trying to communicate 40 years of experience with most in a career department as captain.
