Me either, it's been one challenge after another with them. Thinking they're finally in a good place, just need to finish shooting video of the building of them.

What's the name of the engineering program used to design this wing structure?

Sir your series on design is very helpful and your model look fantastic it would be helpful to make a large details video on this shot covering topics of servo mechanism hing ,controll surface and making 3d printable mould

Love to hear that the series is helpful!! I have considered making a more technical design series at some point but my time is dedicated completely to getting this bird in the air. I am working on a debrief video series that goes into more detail about the build though :) Thanks for taking the time to comment and make a request!

I'd like to have the files to 3d print the foils and frame in carbon PLA. Then I could cover it in lam film....I'd love to see some more videos on the Carbon process too :-) (want want want) subscribed ;-)

Looks great. I have one question though, what does it mean that you've been revising and prototyping it for months? I mean in your instructional video it looked so easy and I wonder what the process of revision and prototyping looks like.

Designing is one thing, making it in real life is different. You have to build the design to make sure it assembles as you planned it and that if functions and moves as designed. CAD is very precise, but when you manufacture the actual parts there are variances that can be hard to account for until you put it together. From that you have to make changes. For example a hole might be too loose, or too tight or an aileron rubs against a fairing. A whole number of problems have to be solved. Does that help?
