Absolutely! And I’ve been saying this all year that LSU should definitely make a statue of this Legend. This season and this team have been so amazing as a Tiger Fan I know this is our year, with many to come. This is the best LSU team I’ve watched ever in my 10+ years having season tickets. Simply Legendary, inspirational, and such a great story of the rise of Joe, Ed O., and the team all around, and what this team has done in the 2019 season. 💜💛

Im a die hard Buckeye, and I gotta admit, i wanted Burrow to start over Haskins last season. I know that decision had to be a tough one for the staff to make. I followed Joe thru his high school recruiting. (Check out his highlight of him throwing and catching his own pass for a TD in high school) So i gotta say Im totally happy for Burrows success, cause he totally deserves it. He was a patient team player, and now its his time!
Joe Heisman is the best I've ever seen at LSU, and I've been watching LSU since the early 60's. Thanks for the great coverage guys. He's due all of the love you're giving him plus more. The Legend is what we all witnessed this year. We'll never forget it.

We knew at Ohio State what kind of person and player this kid was. He was beat out by Haskins by a very thin margin Myers said. It's awesome to see him have so much success in the Bayou. Wishing him all the success in the world until he plays us. Great job Joe, we never had any doubt.

Joe Burrow: 4,614 total yards, 44 TD,3 RTD, 6 int, and a 78.3% completion rate.
So who deserves it more again lol?

Joe really excelled under program changes and the new passing coordinator, not because he was inherently talented. I think there has been some major changes in the LSU Football programs that will see it remain a contender for years to come. Under Miles it stagnated, and that was blatantly obvious when the entire LSU team was exceptional, but they couldn't bring it all together.

His importance is there regardless of whether we win it all. The guy has had an unbelievable ride at LSU. Undefeated regular season over many top tier teams in the nation including Alabama at home. His stats are just insane. What he and the rest of the offense have done is incredible.

It's crazy...... while U can't take anything away from Joe. It seems hard for people to acknowledge this NEW LSU offense is ready made for a talented QB. Joe was a 3- Star QB, he was not on the level as the other elite QB'S. Last season he showed he was good. This season when the switch to a new offense happened he took off. Now U put an elite young recruit 5- Star QB like a QB Bo Nix, like a Tua, like a Fromm, like a Fields, like a Lawrence, like any of the top QB'S and they'll numbers will be Heisman worthy legend status also. He wasn't ever gonna beat out JT Barrett, Braxton Miller, or Dwayne Haskins. He had to leave. But he fell into a NOLA Saints system that spreads you out and dinks and dunks your DB'S and LB'S crazy until you come up to cover them. I'd like to see LSU with a speedy WR and a 5- Star talent at QB then all of the records will be broken again and not just one season. That would give LSU a DOMINANT DYNASTY. All the records would be broken. Unfortunately the elite QB'S are choosing to go sit behind other stud starters and then enter the transfer portal like Fields and Eason and Hurts did. All of those QB'S are good QB'S. They were 5- Star QB'S coming out of high school. But they never had this Joe Brady NOLA style offense to play in. If I were a 5- Star ELITE QB who really wanted to break records and win for a long time and wasn't too nake my own mark and not go to a branded college that already has a successful QB, I'd come to LSU especially after watching Joe Burrow a 3- Star QB do what he's done this season. U can't take heart and will away from Joe because he has 5- Star QB'S best in that category but if a young QB had heart and believed in his skills and abilities I'd come to LSU. And I actually like QB Myles Brennan but here was a 3-Star QB who's had chance after chance to impress the coaches. I think he throws a better ball than Joe, might not have the better touch pass but he can sling it. Hopefully I'm right and this system can make another 3-Star QB a stud or one of the other 4-Star young recruits LSU'S brought in this year's recruit class. It's just I'd like to see a 5-Star QB go away from the style or fade schools, the brand schools, and believe in his ability and try LSU'S new offensive system. I promise DOMINANCE and maybe a 2 year Heisman winner. GEAUX TIGERS!!!

It really depends on the system for the qb whether he will be a success in the pros or not just like in college, Brady wouldn’t have been Brady in a system that wasn’t suited for him, same as manning

LSU isn't an RPO system. They have some RPOs that they run, but it's a spread offense.
Does anyone think Joe burrow plays like a smaller and more athletic version of Ben Roethlisberger and I watch when he is in the the pocket and almost get sack an miraculously get away like how ben did in his early year and still does a and these to just extend drive with how they can escape the pocket and keep the drive going with a throw in a tight window and with there legs witch joe does alot better with his leg then ben and that is why I do not see the comparison between joe and Tom Brady because if tom Brady gets hit or touched in the pocket he goes down .I belive if joe goes to a team like the Bengals he will turn them around completely and I believe he will have a better career than ben and mabye brady but unlikely and this could happen because of his athleticism

Justin Fields of Ohio State has exact number of TDs (47) as Burrow, with only 1 interception, and he achieved that EFFICIENTLY with half the number of attempts in passing (by comparison to Burrow), and by playing FAR LESS time than Burrow [in most games, only one half of games], so why on earth would so many White "analysts" for ESPN and others claim that Burrow will win the Heisman for sure!!! The Heisman is about much more than stats. It's about STORY, personality, leadership, and more. Burrow's dramatic year over year improvement is captivating. Fields is amazing and will probably win next year and be the #1 overall pick in the draft. But Burrow is definitely the story this year in college football.

I'm so glad Urban Meyer was "really good" at evaluating QBs, especially JT Barrett, and Dewayne Haskins .. and Cardale Jones because if he was actually good he would've kept Joe and won more than one Championship.
